Amanda (supposedly the general manager) will up charge you for no reason. I ordered a classic turkey sandwich with American cheese and some veggies. It’s always around $12 she tried to charge me $16 for a “titan turkey” sandwich which comes with twice the meat and twice the cheese (which I didn’t order and wasn’t on the sandwich) she tried to tell me “corporate requires us to ring it up that way”. I ordered it on the app for $11.76 and left with the SAME EXACT sandwich she just tried to charge me $15.89 for. Make sure you’re watching them when they ring you up. Super shady!

They serve moldy bread, keep tips from workers and fire them if they refuse to poison the customers. I'd give them less if I could. I called to ask for corporate and they said that I'd have to look it up, they don't have that info. SHUT THEM DOWN FOREVER. thanks

Glad to see they’re open again. The guy working there was so friendly and says they’re open under new management I believe. I say it’ll bounce back in no time! My sub was fresh, bread was soft and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Can’t wait to stop back through again!

Found a steel cap nut in the sandwich one bite in. Tried to call and no answer, and no machine to speak with manager.Update: Finally spoke to someone hours later when they picked up the phone “they were busy, it’s a restaurant.” The manager proceeded to refuse to offer a refund and said if and only if I made the 40 min round trip back with the item would he consider a refund. He then argued and hung up on me for demanding a refund to my card.

What a joke of a subway. My pregnant wife stood outside there door at 7:20 (they close at 8) while they stood inside and just looked at her. I tried calling and they shut off their phone system. I would love to know why these ignorant people decided to go into food service. SHUT THIS STORE DOWN!
