I’m disappointed in my recent visit. I’ve been here before and it was good, but something changed because the food was awful today. I had a ciabatta melt with fries and my mom had soup and a salad. I’d expect a “melt” to be on toasted bread and served warm. The bread was not toasted and the entire sandwich was somehow cold even though the cheese was melted. The fries appeared to not even be fried, they were soggy and not crispy, and tasted like grocery store freezer fries. My mom’s soup and salad was fine, but nothing to write home about. We also ordered a burger to take home for my dad. We ordered the Austin, the only burger on the menu, but got it with just cheese on it. I looked at it when it came out - it looked worse than hospital food. He said it tasted “like freezer” and he would’ve rather had a burger from a truck stop. I don’t usually go out of my way to write about a bad experience, but this was a serious downgrade from past times I’ve visited, and for $60+ I expected more. Hopefully management can pinpoint the cause of the change in quality and do something about it.

I love this place. It’s peaceful and not usually overcrowded, which we love. The food is absolutely AMAZING. Worth the price. The coffee is really good quality, too, though I’ve learned the importance of asking for extra ice if I want my iced drinks to be cold. Overall it’s worth the drive and the cost. Just make sure you check their instagram and maybe even call ahead of time to make sure the hours you see are accurate. Go in plenty of time, as they close their grill at least 30 mins before they close, unfortunately.

Was brought water and glassses. The water had something floating in it and the glasses were sticky and obviously dirty. Never made it to the food. Walked out. The staff was nice and polite, and the place was very cute. I was highly disappointed.

Love this place. Delicious food and drinks with friendly service. Limited hours, so check before going to make sure it's fits in your schedule. Lovely drive and scenery in the area. ADK car events have fantastic turnouts, so go enjoy a quiet meal or choose the right day for the sounds and sights of automotive excellence

Cute little café with adorable outside seating. It is connected to a library so you could order a coffee to sip at while reading. The service was wonderful and the food & drinks were delicious. I would recommend!
