Stopped in last Friday evening on the way down to see friends in Virginia with my wife and dog. Excellent wood-fired pizza from the oven in the truck outside cooked by an extremely attentive and friendly chef. Tremendous cider which is not cheap but it is worth the money! Excellent weather made the outside area which is surrounded by apple-laden trees a pure delight to enjoy the pizza and cider in. Totally chill and poser-free atmosphere clientele that included older folks, younger folks and even multi-generational family parties rounded off a the ambiance for a memorable experience. I highly recommend this gem that is off the beaten path but well worth beating a path to.

Great place to hang out and enjoy a firepit and some live music. Only 3 stars for the food truck. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The name of the food truck wasn't consistent with what I though would be available. The food was fine, somewhat unremarkable. No worries, as I would definitely come back and try something else.

Had a wonderful time. Bring your lawn chairs. Spent maybe $70, including tip, for 3 drinks each for both my wife and I and brought a bottle home. Fantastic live music and atmosphere.

This was a last minute stop for us and we are sure glad we did. The variety of ciders were great we had two flights in order to sample as many as we could. We each ordered one of our favorites and enjoyed a delicious wood fired pizza. This is a destination I recommend to all!
Big Hill Ciders tasting room is nestled in apple Country, right on their humble farm. I believe their cider is some of the best in the country. They have a lawn that hosts room for outdoor seating (bring a lawn chair) for live performances at the farm. Bring the whole family. It's a great time for all. Also, the pizza there is out of this world delicious and hand crafted by a very skilled chef. Find local ingredients on your pies with the occasional specialty on weekends.
