This was our first time here. Granted, it was super busy @ 10:45am and we ordered take out breakfast. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. The eggs over medium were terrible. The service, let's just say that the woman cooking should possibly take anger management or learn to do a better job as to not live with RBF and an attitude.

*long story short - don’t go* — Got there around 11am today (Sunday). Few tabletops open at that time, not too too busy. Waitor got our drinks and then several minutes later came and got our order. It was just about 12pm when we decided to leave (with yet receiving our food) because for how not so busy it was, an hour wait for a basic omelet and a 2 egg and toast and meat bfast shouldn’t of taken that long. Meanwhile a 4 top table had dirty dishes and food left on it for the entirety of my stay while there were people waiting at the door to find a seat. — seemed like the owner (assuming) and his family had walked in and immediately helped themselves (giveaway) to the bfast buffet while letting his staff struggle and unattended dirty tables. Assumed owner was walking in the kitchen and grabbing folders and papers. Either lower the seating limit capacity so your staff can work accordingly or hire more staff in the kitchen. I’ve heard nothing but unsatisfied reviews from word of mouth of numerous people that have gone here and ever since the owners from 2017/2018 had left, this place has not been the same. Poor excuse of dining.

I’m from Ohio and am working up in this area and stopped in for lunch and let me just say the service and the food is amazing!!!!! Probably have to say the best burger I have had in a long long time from a restaurant…. Highly recommended.

Jack's Diner is a GEM! The food is delicious and plentiful! Stopped in for breakfast on our way to Irwin, Pa I ordered the Belgian waffle with strawberries & whipped cream with a side of scrambled eggs and hubby ordered ? which turned out to be this GIANT plate of food! (he was SO happy 😁) just so you know, he couldn't finish it...
I remembered to take pictures this time, YUM ! 😋 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Jake’s feels like an old-school diner in the best way. You can tell the servers have regulars — they greet people by name. My burger came out juicy and perfectly cooked, and the milkshake tasted like childhood. It’s not the healthiest meal, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want.
