My husband and I went last night for their Valentine’s Day dinner special. Service was quick! The atmosphere was cute and cozy. I got the seafood bisque which was spicy haha but flavorful! My husband liked his rosemary chicken orzo soup but said it needed salt (to each their own haha) the appetizers were DELICIOUS!!! Finding a good risotto is really hard but the chef knocked it out of the park!!! The bone marrow was plated on the risotto perfectly and complemented the whole plate! The fried mushrooms were amazing and the sauce they came with prompted me to buy their dry rub seasoning!!! The entrees were also sooooo good!!! My husband got the flank steak which was cooked to perfection! I got the scallop and shrimp linguine. Now the scallops and shrimp were delicious 🤤 the linguine was a bit bland until the owner brought me their seafood seasoning which made ALLLLL the difference!!! I also ended up purchasing that seasoning!! All in all 4.8/5. The owner was out greeting everyone and helping her one and only server!! I love seeing the boss help out and come out to meet their guests!!! I would 100% recommend this place and I intend on going back soon!!!!

FIRST and LAST time here. Ordered 2 BBQ brisket sandwiches for pick up. Was told “gives us1/2hr” to be ready. Went to pick and was told not ready yet - “5-10 more minutes” . Waited 10 minutes in the car. Went back in and it was another 5 minutes waiting before a server went to check if it was ready. Sandwiches were cold and dry - not enough sauce - fries were cold also - not sure how long order laid there before server realized it.

Food was excellent and prices are reasonable. Live musician was entirey too loud for the space, I mean so loud it was impossible to have a conversation.

Went there on a Friday evening for dinner. Our waitress was sweet and friendly. The owner took time to come out and greet each table which I thought was really nice. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was fantastic. There was even a woman singing to piano music. Now for the best part, the food! Absolutely amazing I ordered the pulled brisket cheesesteak and loved it. I would highly recommend and will be back again!

The appetizers reunited our long-abandoned tastebuds, each main course was a masterpiece of flavors, and dessert was beyond delectable and most delicious.
None of this matched the genuine hospitality of the owner and her staff! We observed as every table was treated with the upmost respect as if they were the honored guests of the evening.

Food was good service a little slow. My only complaint is the collard greens they were thin dry uncut pieces that looked and tasted like seaweed. They need to be removed from the menu.
Seafood bisque was amazing different than what you would get in a seafood restaurant wasn’t heavy cream and some seafood in it real homestyle fresh tasting. The Crab dip wow with homemade chips to dip into was something to go back there just even for that. Service was amazing very friendly and accommodating. Biscuits where really good. The cranberry maple meatballs delicious I ate most of them before I took the photo. Cozy place. Good stuff.

Willie Mae's is the best! Everything was absolutely delicious! THIS PLACE DOES NOT MESS AROUND TO THE GOOD EATS! Genuine NOLA cuisine with sincere hospitality. We had a party of 5 and every meal with cooked with care and brought to us fresh, fast and hot. Can't recommend the this place enough. Just make sure you BYOB if you need be. Only trouble is they aren't in NY! lol Much love to Mama T & Jess for making a really fun & special night for us.

Always wanted to come to this restaurant but I never got the schedule right. The food was delicious! I ordered the ultimate seafood bisque and Willie Mae’s seafood gumbo. Great options to choose from. I’m happy I came because it’s a breath of fresh air from the ordinary food. Loved it and I will come again.
