I have tried to get my go to ice cream from this place 2 times and both times I was unable to get it. The rat time I asked for chocolate soft serve with sprinkles and gummy bears and I was told they were out of stock of sprinkles and gummy bears, fine it happens. Tonight I went and asked for the same thing and was told by the girl in the drive through they cannot put gummy bears on my ice cream and that I need to use the mobile app to place and order for gummy bears. I fail to see the reasoning behind needing to use a mobile app just to get gummy bears on my ice cream

We got the chicken tender baskets and they were not very good. Tenders tasted like they were fried in old oil. Fries not the greatest either. I always liked Diary Queen, therefore we stopped in. Stay away from this one!

It’s Dairy Queen so you know what you’re getting. However this was the smallest amount of hot fudge I have ever seen on a sundae. It seems this particular location is always cutting costs because it’s usually significantly less of things than other locations.

Like that it's a restaurant DQ and you can eat inside. It was fairly dirty, though. It was also free cone day so I'm sure staff was very busy all day.

ordered a moolatte and the most important part-coffer is missing!!! and I think they milked the cow in the store because it took a long time to get it thru the drive thru. 😡 and to top it off, it was $8.00. wow! 👎🏻

*edited for an update-month later and got a meal, two ice cream products and a drink. No napkins. What’s weird is about DQ is both this one and the Pottstown one seems to have a napkin shortage or lack of training.
Only ever through the drive thru and the kids are always a little distracted and either give you melted ice cream or a blizzard that is filled to the brim with candy. Not sure why they have the directive to not give out napkins, it’s a friggin ice cream shop, the default should be to give out napkins

I am editing my first review. this is my second time going to this DQ and this time I got great service and the burger I got was awesome. As promised i said in my first review that I would change my rating t a 5 star if they deserved it. This review and rating was well worth it. Thank you to the management for giving me a certificate to come back for a better experience.
