*edited for an update-month later and got a meal, two ice cream products and a drink. No napkins. What’s weird is about DQ is both this one and the Pottstown one seems to have a napkin shortage or lack of training.
Only ever through the drive thru and the kids are always a little distracted and either give you melted ice cream or a blizzard that is filled to the brim with candy. Not sure why they have the directive to not give out napkins, it’s a friggin ice cream shop, the default should be to give out napkins

I am editing my first review. this is my second time going to this DQ and this time I got great service and the burger I got was awesome. As promised i said in my first review that I would change my rating t a 5 star if they deserved it. This review and rating was well worth it. Thank you to the management for giving me a certificate to come back for a better experience.

While traveling through the area, we decided to stop to this DQ location. All meal deals are only available from 11am-4pm. The service was just OK and the food was not good. Chicken tenders tasted like they were fried in old oil, and the fries were tasteless, and some saturated in oil as if the fryer was not hot enough or weren't fried long enough and mixed them with old already cooked fries.(I had a salt packet in the truck I tried to add but that didn't help) The toast was plain bread barely toasted and slathered with liquid butter. Overall, it's probably the worst DQ I've been to.

I love this little DQ honestly it reminds me of the ones I would go to as a kid I have come to the drive thru many times and always left greatly satisfied and as a family we have sat inside to enjoy a meal together always great customers service with a smile 😁

I got a Peanut Butter parfait and if there was 2 teaspoons of fudge in there I was lucky I was so disappointed I got home and wanted to take it back but with gas prices I just ate it and was very disappointed I don’t know if I’ll go go they need to have consistency with three food that is people go back to get the same food believe me I know I was in the restaurant business for 18 years.?
If you ever looking for me and can't find me, Try this Dairy Queen, There ice cream is fantastic, out of this world in flavor, don't pass this up, tell them Jackie sent you.

Why is it so hard to make a fresh pup cup i pay for ice cream made to order not something that looks like its been in a freezer for weeks with ice on it freezer burnt i know it wont hurt anything but i pay for fresh not freezer burnt.
