Doc's Irish Pub

Asked for med burger, was well done and dry. Drinks were ok but over priced. Would probably go again but careful what I order.

Went in about 1245, plenty of seating. We were in the mood for finger food so we had nachos and hot honey wings. We finished it all. Good service and no pressure trying to rush the meal.

Went here on a Friday around 7pm. We sat on the patio. It was at least 10 mins before we were greeted. Ordered drinks and the crab dip. After 30 mins and empty drink glasses the server asked if we were waiting on crab dip. Meanwhile 3 tables that came in after us were already eating their meals. 10mins later(40mins total) the appetizer arrived and it was cold. It sat on the table as our entrees arrived. The server checked back and had to be told it was cold. No offer was made to compensate we had to teller to take it off the menu. The entrees were fine but the service was not good at all. We have been here before and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It will be some time before we return, if we return due to the lack of service.

Most of the Irish menu items like bangers and mash/shepherds pie are gone. Not so much an Irish pub, more of a sports bar.

Bar is a nice layout with plenty of space. Staff were friendly. Taps could be cleaned. Don't let your bartender talk politics at the bar.

Drinks were the best part of it. But with not even 20 minutes of finishing of my Shepards pie I was thankful I was close to the back door for it to come back up! I'll drink here but will steer clear of the food for now.

Must have been an off night, caught then on a Monday during trivia. Quietest Irish pub I've ever seen. I will definitely give them another go if I have the chance!
