I ordered pick up, Waited 10 mins for them to prepare it and just when I pull up to the window all the employees cannot find the order on their screens and twiddle their thumbs as if they can't deal with a customer. Manager comes out with a MAJOR attitude greets me with "what is the issue" in a rude tone. After that I still Waited 30 mins while they prepare my order just to have a BUG IN MY HI-C! Never coming here ever again and I just report this place for having the bug in my drink.

Showed up to the dining room at 9pm not realizing it closed at 9. (Drive thru open to midnight.) Manager was locking the door and told us to come in. Was willing to order to go, manager insisted we eat at the tables. Employees even said good night to us as they left. I don’t normally review a McD but with all the negative reviews at this one I had to 5 star them. Food was hot fresh and correct.

Took a long time to get a happy meal medium fry and one chicken we waited for good 20 mins. But I will say even after the wait for the food it was at least freshly made

Terrible customer service, specifically this one big girl that works the window. She said she doesn’t care what the manager says so she gave me like 5 straws for one drink and forgot to give me sauces even though I kept asking for some.
* please be sure to thoroughly check your order before leaving this establishment. 90% of the time I go here. I am either missing something or like this morning -ordered hotcakes WITH sausage and the sausage was missing. Another time i was missing FF or they are cold and another I had ordered a Big Mac and received a spicy chicken, just to name a few. It's very irritating to get home and not have what you ordered and paid for.

Ordered food at 3:45 did not receive it until 4:20 Heard an employee saying oh he's hungry no I've been waiting all this time Miss my whole lunch break and then when I asked about refund oh it's through the app when I go through the app there's nobody to be contacted somebody from the store please contact me back or reply on how I can get my refund because my food is cold

All I know is if you don't eat this food within 10 minutes it becomes the worst thing ever to try and eat!! What the heck is this stuff? And don't try to warm it up in the microwave. It physically changed its structure! 😱😱

First, why are these places called fast food anymore when you wait upwards of ten minutes when there are only three cars in front of you. So I asked for a coke, I got diet coke. I ordered a sausage biscuit, and the sausage did not even look cooked. So essentially, I paid $6.25 for a hashbrown.
