I came to get cheesy Gordita Crunches with Chicken she repeated my order heard it load and clear. I pull up to the window and pay and someone in the back round was complaining freaking out. Then I get my shitty tacos with beef. Thanks but your beef sucks.

My experience at this Taco Bell was underwhelming. The food, while well-prepared, was subpar with a noticeable burnt taste that detracted from the flavor. The dining room was mostly clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. However, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting—foul odors, flies buzzing around, and unsanitary sinks and urinals made it unpleasant. The exterior wasn’t any better, with trash scattered around. It pains me to leave this negative review, but honesty compels me to share the truth about this location’s shortcomings. While visiting this location, they had an exterminator there.(which I understand is necessary for a business) and they were discussing how this has been an ongoing issue at this restaurant. This makes sense considering how poorly maintained it is.

I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.

Most unpleasant staff. They apparently only care about the drive thru and could care less about orders in store or mobile. Don't park near the drive-thru because staff will come out and tell you to move! This used to be a KFC that got shutdown for unsanitary conditions. The only real reason to visit here is if you want a freeze for happy hour because royersford KFC/Taco Bell still hasn't fixed their machine years later. If you do get food here expect it to look like it was rushed with either small portions or even burnt. You might even find parts of food from other orders in your food due to the staff rushing drive thru orders. Wouldn't be suprised if this location shuts down soon because the pizza hut right next door that shut down was replaced with a Boston market that also shut down. The property looks unkempt and is extremely hard to make left turns into and out of due to traffic speeding.

Ordered a bean burrito extra cheese and a hard taco in the drive-thru. The contents of my taco were in the bottom of the bag because it wasn’t wrapped, and the burrito was a sloppy mess of beans and sauce, barely any cheese and everything oozing out the ends. There were no other customers so they weren’t busy, just didn’t want to bother. Won’t ever be back.

Both me and my young children are sick on the potty after all eating the same thing here.. about two hours after eating it for lunch. Been sick all day now evening too ! both young children still sick. Be careful! Food was rushed and not even put together properly. Probably mold food poisoning .
