Me my dad and my sister sat at the speaker for 5 min before someone answers and when they did they told us to wait more then, finally we got our orders taken we get to the window get our two blizzards we pull off and the lid wasn’t even on all the way and went everywhere this is the 2nd time this has happened it’s ridiculous. It’s probably because they were sitting on there phone and talking to each other the WHOLE time and when the handed us our thing the girl at the window had her head turned the other way and was still talking instead of making sure everything was good. I don’t think we will be retreating to this establishment.

I as a customer and former DQ employee had to ask to write on another customers cake because the man refused saying no one was able to. When they did agree to let me do it the piping was thrown onto the counter. It’s often dirty, and looks more like a storage area than a business. Even the employees look miserable. They were NOT busy during this time either.

Talk about slow. 25 minutes for 3 things of icecream and we left cause we didn't want to keep waiting.so we left. This DQ needs to be closed.

Mini blizzards are just my size. Moves the lines right along, considering every person that orders a blizzard, each flavor is made one by one. Takes time for perfection. Shout out to Lexie for making the darkest chocolate blizzard my craving needs. Go Girard
