I watched a young (probably in her 60s like me haha) lady get attacked by a great Pyrenees in the parking lot. He must have thought she was a hot steaming slice of pizza. We can’t all have good eyes haha.

If youre considering Mike and D's for food FORGET THAT! I had ordered from Mike and D's right after my first chemo treatment. They b.s.d me around for 2 hours, then their driver showed up and screamed at me because "I had a car" because i said the food was incredibly late. ISAY NO TO MIKE AND D'S AND YES TO HOMETOWN!!!!!!! I recieved absolutely AMAZING FOOD FROM HOMETOWN!. HOMETOWN IS FANTASTIC! They delivered pretty far out in the country. They were so kind from the gentleman that took my order to the gentleman that brought it to me. So darn kind to me. Super appreciated! Thank you ?

My husband ordered and waited an hour for the food. He ran multiple errands in town, just to return and have it not be ready. And, once he received it, it was horribly wrong. He ordered a stinger meatball sub that didn't have sauce on it. He ordered a pepperoni calzone, and they screwed it up by adding mushrooms into it, and they didn't have sauce in it or on the side. This was our first time visiting, and it will probably be our last.
The girl taking the order was admittingly confused on the phone. My husband picked up the pizza and when he opened it at home we couldn't believe our eyes. It was a large cheese and pepperoni pizza....but 1/4 of the pizza only had cheese half way down the slices, there might have been 10 pieces of pepperoni on the whole thing. The crust edge was about 2-3 inches down into the slice. So you basically got a half a slice of pizza without any sauce or toppings. We ordered a pizza but got a big pile of half cooked pizza dough. Gross.And why is this place is an old house...they have to remove a window screen to hand you the pizza? No thanks..

We ordered from them while on vacation in Erie. This was one of the best pizzas my husband and I have had between all the places we’ve traveled. Cost was very reasonable for the size. Sauce was tasty and had a good ratio to the cheese. We will be ordering from them again when we’re in town next! Very kind and friendly service as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
