I'm an avid customer of Tim Hortons. I go everyday. Sometimes twice. But Yesterday I had a terrible experience. I ordered the same thing I order everyday. I gave the kid a $20 bill and 8 cents. He gave me $6 dollars in change. I told him "I gave you a 20". He sad No That's a lie You gave me a 10 among other things. He was very disrespectful. His co-worker had to tell him that you don't talk to customers that way. I was running late for work. But i was close to pulling over and go inside and (nevermind)! Don't think I will be going again. It's ashame They already knew me in there. The order was for $4.08. I will be calling corporate headquarters. Because if I see him again

I am a Seattle transplant. So being a Seattle Coffee snob, I wasn't expecting a lot. But my snobbery was set on its heels. The coffee was surprisingly good, and the blueberry muffins were top-notch and will definitely go back.

This is the 3rd time I got my order delivered with multiple things missing. Would not recommend!
Ordered bagels with bulk cream cheese on the side. Was given bagles that were sliced with minimal cream cheese added and no tub if cream cheese inside. Didn't notice until.i got home and opened

I was super disappointed in our visit here. We were in town after new years and so excited to get some Tim Horton's, as I grew up having it, but don't have it in VA where I live now. When we got there, I tried to order four different food items, only to be told they didn't have any of it. Then I tried to order a peppermint mocha because the huge sign out front made me crave it. But they didn't even have that. My fiance got his food, as he'd already ordered. But I left empty-handed and irritated and found another place to get breakfast.
