The service is friendly, but I'd say the food and drinks can be quite inconsistent. For a few months the chai lattes would either come out perfectly or they were completely wrong: instead being made as a black coffee with a regular tea bag inside. This was incredibly odd to me, as I've never experienced anything like this while ordering a chai latte at other establishments. Even though this drink (and others) are on the menu, it often felt like employees didn't know how to make many of the drinks. I don't like bothering people, so most of the time I would leave and dump out the messed up drinks. But, multiple friends have also had this happen several times, so I think it's worth mentioning in my review. I quite enjoy it otherwise! I just think that getting a black coffee with a tea bag in it, instead of some chai tea, is quite odd.

the woman that served me a was a little rude but food never disappoints. but why is a glass of tap water 40 cents.
staff is friendly enough and service is fast. can never seem to get the order right. my fiancé goes almost every morning and asks 2 sandwiches. one sausage, one bacon. always end up getting 2 bacon. very frustrating for someone who really really doesn’t like bacon. i get that it will happen every now and then but every time ?
