Just went through drive through and the guy was mad because he said I misgendered him today. I ordered two salads and when I got them home there was a white slimy substance in both, we’ve been buying these salads for years now never have they look like this. thank God we didn’t need them. No local number to Complain. This individual is clearly adding something to the food when someone triggers him. This is a security issue, I threw the whole bag away. I will never eat at a Wendy’s again. This is not only scary but who knows what he put in our food, .buyers beware,

Gone here a couple times. Recently we went and there was nobody inside waiting it took them 20+minutes just to take our order even though they looked at us multiple times seeing us wait. While the girl was taking our order she had multiple people mess with her through the headset. It took them another 20+ minutes until we got our food. We watched one person in the drive thru drive away without getting their food due to the wait and another walked away due to not being waited on, on the inside even though he had pressed the bell at the register. Messing with each other through the head set is so unprofessional and to have the girl tell us that they were messing with her through the head set was unreal.

First of all, the restaurant was clean and tidy. I noticed they had a new frosty flavor Nickerdoodle. I ordered the Dave's Double Cheeseburger Meal with the new frosty. The cashier I think their name was Payten was very nice and respectable. The food was fresh and the beef was juicy and the fries were nicely salted. I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

Dirty, gross. Bandaid in drink spill tray. Not sanitary, nasty, I told the girl at register , she just smiles, giggles and shrugs shoulders doing nothing about it. Stood in waiting to be served while they goof off in kitchen. Food sucked, was cold bland.

We stopped in for the Taki's meal. It was very good, however they were out of small bags of taki's that were supposed to come with the meal. I didn't get them and had to ask. I did get cookies as a replacement. Just mildly irritating that I was never told this and had to ask where they were. The drink machine was also out of cherry flavor so I couldn't even get the drink I wanted. Just would have been nice if there was a sign up to let people know. I would have given 4 stars but the guy at the counter was really nice and made it right by giving us the cookies.

Went through the drive through at 11:28pm last night. Picked up a baconator meal. It took 10 minutes to get the door with no cars in front of me. When I got home the fries tasted 4 hrs old hard and nasty. The burger had at least 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise on it and the bun was very soggy. I ordered coke with no ice and it was flat. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me go any lower. Very disappointing.

Normally any place we the French fries are cold by the time we get home last night they were still hot and crispy and sandwich was still so hot. It was very nice to enjoy a nice hot fresh meal when we got home a huge thanks to the team they had working last night.
