Avenue's seasonal menu provided the right amount of festive and fun options, and so did the atmosphere! Cheery and bright, we loved all of their holiday decor and the way it was sparkly but subtle. Our waitress was incredibly well-versed, kind, and knowledgeable on the menu options. Great experience all around this evening!
Food was amazing. I had the crème brûlée waffle and I can honestly say it was the best waffle I have ever had in my life. I also had the s’mores latte and I must say that was also a huge hit. The staff as well was so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and give it 5⭐️’s
So I’m not really a burger eater but I was jonesing for one and I ordered their million-dollar burger with candied pepper bacon. Well it was the bomb. Big and still tasty cold the next day. Their coffee is good and strong and after eating there dozens of times it’s always good!

The restaurant was decorated so elegantly for winter with white and silver decorations. It was like a winter wonderland, so pretty. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. All 3 of our breakfast dishes were delicious. Portions were just right. I'd definitely come back.
Was in the area for a wedding and stopped in for lunch. We got lucky with no wait time at 12:00 on a Saturday.
Ordered the espresso martini to start which was delicious. I am gluten free and ordered a sandwich on a GF bun. The waitress made sure to discuss my concerns with me and with the kitchen - she informed me the fries could not be made gluten free (so if celiac, do NOT get the fries) and I felt comfortable eating the sandwich due to the communication and knowledge.
My husband (not glutenfree) ordered a margarita pizza, which he said was very good!
Gluten free or not, I would recommend eating here!
Just okay. Came here on Sunday around lunch time. Not super busy, seemed like they had a huge brunch rush and didn’t get a chance to clear off any tables (which is understandable). Just seemed messy and the tables were so cramped. Food was alright. Don’t think it’s worth coming back.

Great Father's Day celebration breakfast. First time my husband was there - said he'll definitely be back.
Reservation was 9:00am for Fathers Day. My daughters were excited to take me out. We were sat quickly, the things went downhill from there. We sat for 15 minutes before any server came to our table to introduce themselves or ask us if we wanted drinks. It's appeared as I looked around the restaurant that there was no organization as to who was supposed to be serving us. When our drinks arrived, two of them were the wrong orders. We placed our food orders excited to eat as we've been to this restaurant many times and always enjoy the food. When the food came out, the smoked salmon that was on my Eggs Benedict was Brown and gristly. I sent it back but didn't re order as my appetite quickly dissipated. The Salmon on my daughter's Eggs Benedict was fine, and the other food for my children was OK. When I asked for a manager, I was told there wasn't one there? Really? On Fathers Day, which is a pretty busy day in Restaurants I had my doubts that there would be no manager on duty. The server took my salmon off the bill, but my day was pretty much ruined already. Not sure I'll be going back there when we're choosing where to eat in the future.

Excellent and fast service. It’s been a while since I’ve had a 100% enjoyable breakfast. Drink and breakfast were great. I tried the Avenue cocktail 10/10 the best. Carmel Apple French toast, candied back, homefries and the breakfast skillet. Everything was seasoned to perfection and beautifully cooked. Our server and host were great too. Absolutely will return.

I don’t go out for breakfast often but this is a great place. The short rib hash was so good and so were the omelets. Great flow to the place. Also the coffee was good. Not that I can see through it coffee. Also they take reservations. That was a plus with a large group like we had.

The quality of food at Avenue Kitchen has been consistently high for the past several years. It's a mid-way spot for get-togethers with my family and we often visit for breakfast or lunch. While the prices are a little high, the quality and ambiance balances it and we continue to go back. The reason my rating isn't the highest is that at our most recent visit, our server was VERY slow...and there were only 3 occupied tables. We ordered three coffees and she brought 2 spoons and we couldn't find her for another, so shared. We asked for more water and it never came. Their two-egg breakfast advertises Poached as an option, so I ordered that as it is my favorite. The eggs were soft boiled; there was no runny yoke at all. Someone ordered the Lox and Bagel with no onion and it looked as though they gave extra onion instead. It took a full 20 minutes to get our check after we had to find our waitress (who was chatting with staff near the restrooms) to ask for it. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry, but overall, this was a far less positive experience than most of our previous.
I recently had breakfast at Avenue Kitchen and enjoyed the overall experience. The decor is simple yet elegant, with a relaxed, resort-like atmosphere that makes for a pleasant start to the day. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the menu offered a great variety of appealing options.
I ordered the Eggs Benedict—one of my usual favorites—but was a bit disappointed in the overall flavor of the dish. The home fries were tasty, but the Eggs Benedict itself didn’t quite meet my expectations, especially compared to others I’ve had.
That said, I would definitely return to try something else on the menu. The setting and service were great, and I’m looking forward to giving it another shot.

I had made a reservation and we were sat immediately when we walked in. We were put at a high top horizontal from a booth so servers were pushing their bodies up against out tables to get by. I didn't mind so much but then we were waiting for like 30 minutes for a server to come over to us. We eventually just asked one of the hostesses for water and I think they realized no one has come over. The thing was, the restaurant wasn't crazy busy. I get it. I work two jobs in the food service industry. We weren't mad and we just wanted to have a nice brunch. A server eventually came over and she didn't try and make up for the 30 minutes we were waiting and the crappy tables at all. We put in our food and it was so so good. My boyfriend and I were commenting that this kinda made up for the poor service and weird table. The server literally slapped the check on our table once we were finished and said nothing. No, “it was so nice serving you guys” or “have a good day”. I'm a server too. Just kindness to people. we didn't cause any issues because we get it. People can have bad days and servers can forget, but she didn't even try to save it. We even tipped her because I know the food industry can be hard. The girl hostess was very nice though and said goodbye as we left. That was nice.
