Ridiculously tasty meal and fabulous service. I've had the opportunity to dine at Big Fish Grill in Glen Mills twice now on business trips and both times have been wonderful. The quality, the flavor and the portion sizes are on point. Our waitress, Michaelena was extremely attentive and kind, and made great suggestions on what to order. The wine selection was perfectly paired with our fish and our meals came out of the kitchen quickly and delicious! Highly recommend dining at Big Fish if you are in the mood for some delicious seafood, because they will not disappoint.

Always enjoy the food here. Tried lunch today and it was very good. Had the grilled chicken BLT which was very good and my wife had seafood cake sandwich which she said was excellent. Hers came with a large salad for $16.

Best bar around ! Greeted by Dom within seconds of sitting down tonight . Pours a great drink and then asks us to look at the menu. Not rushing us and very attentive . Can't beat this place. Been here a bunch of times over the years.

Unfortunately, the food here isn't nearly as good as the location on the Wilmington Riverfront. Also, we had to wait nearly an hour for a table, and the food wasn't worth the wait. I was generous in giving this location two stars.

The place is nice and beautiful interesting interior and the food was delicious except my salmon, it was ok but other than that definitely coming back...

My family and I came to Big Fish for the Thanksgiving buffet. I generally go to the one on the Riverfront but they were already fully booked so they suggested I contact the Glen Mills location. It was pretty crowded when we arrived but we were still seated at the reservation time of six pm. The buffet items were slightly different at both restaurants but we were treated to three carving stations (turkey of course, spiral ham and prime rib), a ton of seafood options (crab imperial, crab dip, steamed mussels and clams, salmon and sea bass) and a whole lot of sides, deserts, soups, salad and a raw bar. At 35.00 per person you certainly get your money's worth. I wish I had been more mindful of the time though. We were reserved for the last sitting of the evening which meant at a specific point items were not longer replenished. They had shut down the carving stations so I missed out on the prime rib and where there had once been a pan of gravy with succulent pieces of turkey in it was now replaced with rubbery rolls of what I can only describe as turkey tenders. I ended with the cheese board which was very good. Well I wound up leaving my credit card behind so I came back today (11/27/18) with a friend to retrieve it just in time for the end of happy hour. I respect any establishment that has a longer happy hour than most. Under the $6.00 menu we got a good portion of wings in your choice of sauce and 1/2 pound of mussels in your choice of broth. Next my companion had the tilapia with shrimp fried rice and Nevas potato's. Tuesday is oyster night and there was a special menu for this that I chose from. The oyster platter included grilled, baked and fried oysters, blackened shrimp, asparagus and Nevas potato's. We shared everything and everything was perfect, just what I've come to expect from BFG. My only complaint and I'm sure I've said it before in other Big Fish reviews is that they don't offer a variety of oysters for buck-a-shuck. They only use their "house" oyster which in other applications is fine because of the added flavors but on the half shell is really bland. I wish they would balance this with an oyster that was more robust.

Great atmosphere and food. Friendly service and pretty fast. We did notice the prices have continued to rise over the past year.

Food was very disappointing; the meals were heavily salted almost inedible!!! Would not go back there.

I went here two nights in a row! One night with the kids and the next with my mom! Love the atmosphere. The host and servers are great and attentive! Food was also great! Really enjoy the ahi tuna poke and dockside stew!! My mom had the lobster and shrimp linguine.. fantastic!!

Waitress brought us our water after sitting us down. We order a soup and salad, and it took 20 minutes for that. After ordering a Crab Cake Dinner, it took an hour for one entree to come out. On top of that, the waitress didn't come ask us if we had gotten our food until 45 minutes after we ordered. She then said they didn't have asparagus, meaning she didn't put the order in yet. The food was tasty, but the dining experience was not very fun.

Went here on a date and loved every minute of it. The food is exceptionally delicious. Not over done, not underdone. The place was not packed partly because it was a weeknight and that was a plus for me. I enjoyed the raw oyster, Caesar salad and my entree of big seafood of the day. A mixture of shrimp, scallops, clams and mussels with linguine. . The offer other meal items such and veal, chicken steak etc. If you love seafood this place is a definite. Our server was also very nice.

Googled this place to have some fresh seafood. We were seated all the way in the rear corner (I'm Brown American) of the restaurant at a booth where there were a colony of bugs crawling on the wall and booth seats! We were so disgusted we didn't sit. We turned around and left! Never even got to taste the food! 😞

Service was good, the fact that we were seated immediately having a reservation on a Friday night, most restaurants make you wait. I was disappointed in the food. I was definitely expecting really good food from the reviews. Unfortunately it was just ok at best. Two of our party got the same side dish and they tasted different from each other. One order was a fried meal, the menu said lightly fried but it was just deep fried and everything tasted the same.

We had a delicious lunch off specials menu. Great seafood gumbo soup and fish tacos. Service was good and manager was super kind to one in our party who needed his kindness. Grateful.
