I’ve been to six different Buffalo wild wings in the past two weeks and five different states, Kevin, the bartender at this one made this one the best I’ve been too by far. NY, DE, FL, MD sorry to say PA takes the cake! I will definitely be back to this location again. Big props to Kevin the bartender, thank you for the amazing hospitality and service it was a pleasure!

Everything was pretty good we arrived we got sat down but since it was over packed last night we ended up having to wait to put our order in which was fine we got our drinks the waiter was really nice and we just relaxed and waited my significant other order boneless wings and I ordered the traditional ones about 30 minutes after I started feeling pretty ill once I got home I was constantly throwing up and I still am now I will never be coming back here this is the worst pain I have felt in years I just can’t believe it this is the worst

I go here all the time. Most of the times is a pickup order. There’s been times i’ve had other loved ones pickup the order. I got to the point where i take a sauce out of my refrigerator because i knew they were going to forget the southwestern ranch for the cheese curds. This is not a diss whatsoever to this store. The wraps are always fantastic. Absolutely the best. The reason I write this is because ya’ll forget the sauce which so much of the food desperately needs (specifically, the salsa for the chips). This restaurant would be fantastic if the sauces would be put in the bag. It can be done and I know ya’ll can do it.

I have arrived the store at 10:00 pm but the store is closed…. And they have mentioned as 12:00 pm. We travelled 25 min for this… mention the proper timings

HORRIBLE SERVICE! went in on Valentine’s night waited at least 15 minutes to get attended there was only 2 other tables once food came out I was missing ranch, celery, & dry rub which I had asked for had to go up and ask for it myself to make it worse the person I asked was casually digging up his ass while packing to go orders and anytime I’d ask my server for something he’d forget and I’d have to repeat myself till he finally got it and if it couldn’t get any worse we got the wrong bill and had to wait 10 minutes to get the correct one. Poor management I could say so much more but this isn’t worth more of my time definitely never coming back to this location. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Arrived 45 minutes before closing. I get servers are tired and everything, but kitchens are closing in 5 minutes despite there being no one else in the restaurant at the time. What are doing for the rest of the 40 minutes? Drinking? Not cleaning since everything was already cleaned.

Waiter, a larger black man, I didn’t see his name, refused us service at 12:15AM saying that the kitchen was closing. I’ve worked here, they close 30 minutes before. They wouldn’t even let us get takeout

Made a mobile order on a not so busy night. Got a good deal online that I couldn't pass up (BOGO burgers offer since it was a Monday night). I got to the restaurant precisely when my receipt said my food would be ready and it was already in the pick-up area; couldn't have been there long because the bag was burning hot. The hatch Chile burger was so good I couldn't even save the second one for the next day like I planned. It comes with a good choice of toppings and sauce on it that made it the perfect level of spicy without being overpowering and unenjoyable. 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries was about $17 with the BOGO offer on the website.
