The server was nice, and multiple staff checked to make sure we were doing well, but the attention to detail on our orders was lacking in terms of what sauces we asked for. Not a huge deal, will definitely go again!

Horrible service, the server was no where to be found and only came to the table once , food wasn’t that great its almost as if they were rationing their sauce. If you enjoy bad service and low quality food come to this specific buffalo wild wings. I’d rather go to the one in Newark

Ordered for pick-up. Came in with a gift card with a couple dollars on it just to use it. They wouldn't honor it even though I called the # and played the balance on speakerphone so the manager could hear it. Still wouldn't honor it so I left my food there and walked out.

Screwed up my entire to go order found out when I arrived home
They got the order wrong for me and ny mom. I order 10 bone in wings instead I got 5 boneless wings and my mom got her burger without the fries. That's terrible take out service and because of that were not doing take out anymore because a bunch of idiots got our orders wrong. Thanks for that.

Service is terrible. The initial hostess in the front was kind, but the TVs were so loud there was no chance of having a conversation without screaming. The food was slow and when they messed up our order, we couldn’t contest it because the receipt they give you doesn’t show what you ordered, just what you paid in total. So who knows if they charged you correctly? Then it’s your word against the server taking you order who probably couldn’t hear you in the first place.

I have food poisoning from eating the boneless wings. Was there on Saturday night. Stomach still hurts and sick. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!

When eating, the food tasted very odd, the sauce on the wings tasted very vinegary as if separating or something. Sauces I’ve had previously didn’t taste the same… I got a 20 piece boneless with four different sauces, pieces were either overly drenched with sauce or little to no sauce. My husband had gotten a few classic wings that the box was soggy there was so much sauce! Not his cup of tea I don’t blame him, having the right amount of sauce is crucial to wings! Great potion of BWWs fries which are the best! I think that was the best part of the meal unfortunately not the best experience with the wings at this location for takeout. I may give it another shot for Glen Mills but it’s hard to compare when I’ve had wonderful experiences at the Downingtown location. Will see!
