The customer service was outstanding, There was a misunderstanding with our order and the night shift manager did everything he possibly could to accommodate use in the best way possible.
My wife and I I went here for the first time. We waited really long to get our food. I order wings all u can eat. It took forever. Manager came around an did apologize and told me I can have my seconds serving immediately. I finally got my wings n they gave me hot wings. I had ask for buffalo. I’ve been to six different Buffalo wild wings in the past two weeks and five different states, Kevin, the bartender at this one made this one the best I’ve been too by far. NY, DE, FL, MD sorry to say PA takes the cake! I will definitely be back to this location again. Big props to Kevin the bartender, thank you for the amazing hospitality and service it was a pleasure!
