Chick-fil-A is better than most fast food (ethics aside) but this time we visited they forgot the sauces we ordered - sad face, sauces are yummy!

First time using Chick-fil-A. The check out operator was really, really helpful and patient. Food was great, had the spicy sandwich meal. The potato waffles were the best fast food version of potato I've had anywhere, better than fries. The chicken is better than UK KFC.
I went 2 weeks ago Saturday and a young black kid was at cashier, like 17 19yo. I was visiting from another country and just went to buy some food for my kids. I ordered 2 meals chicken nuggets and I said give me 2 large order fries. She just gave me one, and I asked please add another order of large fries, and this kid was like doing faces and bad modes. Managers should train them in a better customer service.

We love this CFA! We often stop by after my kid’s youth group and Catherine (works drive though) is one of the kindest, most pleasant people I have ever met! She takes our order at the drive through frequently and is soooo patient with my kids changing their orders and adding extra pickles, milkshakes, etc. Gets our orders perfect every time!

Food is typically good. Confused why this location does not a have a mobile pick up lane? It is pretty frustrating that I go through the effort to place my order ahead of time, thinking that I can pick it up in the drive through, to find that there is only one lane open and I needed to wait as all of the cars ahead of me were getting their orders taken manually. Please update the option in your app!

Came here last week and they forgot my order of four chicken strips came back today and they refused to make the situation right. I used to come here all the time, but I’m no longer gonna go here. The managers on duty seem very miserable to work there frankly I don’t blame them I would be too if I was stuck in a job like that, but don’t take it out on me just because I didn’t have a receipt from an order that was placed a week ago. Didn’t realize the money comes out of their own pockets

When I tell you EVERY TIME I order #1 meal I never get pickles on my sandwich. This is the 3rd time I asked for EXTRA pickles & still got none. I hate to be a hassle but how does this happen every time?? Quite literally have not received pickles not once when the sandwich COMES with pickles also, the fries are cold EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!! I will not waste another dollar at this location!!!!!!!!!
