When I tell you EVERY TIME I order #1 meal I never get pickles on my sandwich. This is the 3rd time I asked for EXTRA pickles & still got none. I hate to be a hassle but how does this happen every time?? Quite literally have not received pickles not once when the sandwich COMES with pickles also, the fries are cold EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!! I will not waste another dollar at this location!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich with extra sauce on the side. The manager Zania refused to give me the sauce on the side. She said it was company policy. If that is the policy for a company that prides itself on customer service they have a lot to learn about real service. She went to get the kitchen manager who brought me a dash of sauce on the side. I have gotten sauce on the side a hundred times before If these managers are acting according to company policy chick fil a is a fraud. They care nothing about the customer

I bought the family meal and the lady at the window said it included drinks, I pull up to get my order and they say there’s no drinks in the family meal, which is fine but I was falsely advertised to, which I don’t like.

The wait times at this location have become increasingly longer. It shouldn't take 26 minutes to get food through the drive through. Please consider evaluating your processes to allow for quicker turn around time. Thanks!
