Every time we go , there’s a long line!!! They have 2nd line closed during peak hours, food is sub par/ cold . Really need to improve.They need to follow the model of kirkwood hwy chik fila. They would do much better if they did

Came with my wife, two grown daughters and 4 grandkids so it was a large order. Everything was very good and correct. I liked the option to have salad instead of fries for myself and fruit salad for two grandkids.

Staff was super nice and helpful--way different than the day before at burger place. Place is clean and well run. Highly recommend

Update as of 12/22 - worse employees I’ve experienced at a location. Rude and not friendly. Even watched a curb side customer walk up to the drive thru to get his order since they forgot about him. No apologies of course. Hire better.

Worse drive thru service I’ve experienced today at 5:30pm. Took orders from drivers behind me and once we arrived at the door to pick up, 5-6 cars behind us received their orders first. Very unorganized and clear lack of proper management.

The restaurant and rest room was clean. I ordered my meal, and got the wrong sandwich. When I brought it to the counter, I was asked to show my receipt (like maybe I was lying?). And I was told I would get the right sandwich… but when the sandwich came, the bun was very stale. It was dry and crumbly. By that time the fries were cold, too. This happened way before the lunchtime rush, it wasn’t busy at all.

I ordered ahead on my app for curbside pickup. I pulled up and waited for 20mins for someone to bring my food out. The First Lady looked around for my car. You cat miss it I’m a bright blue suv! You also ask for what space we are in. Why ask that if your employees aren’t paying attention to that number. At this point my food was cold and my infant woke up. Needless to say I didn’t eat my food! I’ve been to this location multiple times and the first time I have had horrible service!

The drive thru attendant did not get our order correctly. We then went inside to get an exchange for the correct item. Tom, whom I believe is the manager was extremely rude and snatched the food out of my hands.
