Chipotle Mexican Grill

my orders are always incorrect. literally left out the chicken in my chicken burrito. really? this location should be closed down and completely restaffed, especially for management.

Walked in and was told they were only doing “mobile orders”. So i ordered it and it didn't come out for 10 minutes past its estimated time. The machines were out of ice and all of the other juices. The trash was overflowing, and the workers were rude. Used to come here a lot, not sure why everything went so downhill.

Apparently, the employees can’t read off the screen and properly put ingredients into an order. I didn’t receive any rice and no fajita veggies in my quesadilla. This happens every single time I place mobile order they always mess something up. They should really start making them have to take an IQ test before hiring people

I don't even know where to start. This is the closest chipotle to our home and we keep giving it another try thinking things have to be better. They absolutely are not! It's been at least eight times since they haven't had the fajita veggies, when you order a salad, they serve you shredded lettuce or spinach. No salad dressing for The Salad, nothing is ever replenished and the pinto beans look like refried crusty beans. The employees are the laziest kids I have ever seen. This is not a one time thing. This is every time we go in and they use the excuse that their truck didn't come in or the manager didn't order enough food. Lazy Lazy Lazy!! WILL NEVER BE BACK! I would fire everyone in that place if I was the owner!

Countless bones within the meal and horrible server. He gave me 4 scoops of pico when I asked for none. Horrible. Just outrageous.

They really sucks. Visited there. They accept only digital order and even won’t allow you to go inside. No dinning area.

The manager who was making my food was very rude and sloppy. Instead of draining the salsa she put all that juice on my bowl and was just throwing on toppings very sloppily. I think her name was Kate. You can be unhappy and mad all you want but don’t start messing up my bowl???

Chip servings were very small and chips were were extremely stale. Significantly lower quality than other chipotles I’ve been to.

Good portion size

Poor service at this Chipotle location. Fountain drinks were not set up (hours after opening) and interactions are as though customers are a nuisance. Food is what you expect from a Chipotle.

Missing item in the order, was charged for 2 tortillas, and only given 1.

I’m officially done with this location. Food is EXTREMELY salty and the tables in the dining area look disgusting.

Ordered a burrito and it was the most pathetic thing I’ve ever eaten rolled terrible and garbage portions

Portions are getting smaller and prices going higher. Display prices are much lower than what they actually charge
