Chipotle Mexican Grill

Place is consistently filthy. Cooking area are not clean, food spilled over all over the serving area, aluminum tray were dirty. Never going back.

I have been to this location three times and EVERY time I came here there was an issue. First time they had no meat, no meat seriously?? Second time they had no bowls and just now they are only taking digital orders. Get it together! Thank God there are other locations near me.

You won't believe this all around horrible experience. Here we go...1) Purchased drinks but they were out of Sprite and Diet Dr. Pepper. Told them they were out and they just said we don't have anymore. How about tell me that when I buy drinks? Purchased chips and queso, chips were stale/soft...nasty. Asked for different chips, they just gave us more stale chips. Clearly didnt have any that were fresh. Tacos puchased with massive amount of sour cream and cheese with very little chicken. Asked for a water cup for water and they said they don't give out water cups. Went to go put my trash away and they had taken out the trash containers and other patrons just dropped their trash into the hole for which no container was underneath..so there was literally trash all over the floor where the can should have been. Tables were filthy dirty with food all over them. My bowl was very poorly made, it was half full and i paid for extra steak..I didnt want to say anything as at this point as I was just over it. Never going back. I had a horrible experience last time i was here 2 years ago, clearly nothing has improved. All of this and I have pay your high prices? Give me a break. What a dump of a place all around

Absolutely trashed i wish I took pictures but didnt have my phone , walking in you immediately see trash everywhere, tables are dirty , floors covered in trash, trashcans overflowing, the drink station was completely empty , the nachos were stale , $9 for stale nachos , total madness to be charged $36 for shit food and atmosphere. DO BETTER !

This was the most dirty chipotle I’ve ever ever been in, both the dining area and the kitchen was disgusting. As we were waiting we’re waiting for more steak to be cooked we were rudely asked not to eating in the dining area.

Please avoid going to this store if you can the most disgusting and dirty store around the area .
Closing time is 10 we reached at 8pm it’s after we ordered we realized the filth around , as if no worker is assigned for cleaning up they were out of spoons , Area around cutlery and drink section was full with trash . Not only this around 8 lady was telling me they are out of pica de Galo etc .
Is there no inspection happening for this store they are dealing with customers food safety ?
Manager is no good I told him about the washroom he just had deaf ears .

Holy Crap!!!! The food was so salty I thought I was eating at a salt lick. I’ve never had such a crappy experience with the food at chipotle and I’ve had some mediocre meals.

This restaurant is filthy! The food prep area is unsanitary. ALL of the tables are dirty. Drink/napkin area is covered with trash. Absolutely disgusting!

I’ve left countless good reviews on the Chipotle app for this location but tonight that ends. I ordered six steak tacos and got two chicken tacos. I ordered a Carne Asada kids meal and received plain old steak, my large chip look like a kids meal small chip this location does not care about online orders save yourself the trouble and order from the Aston location that opens on October 7th. If you have to, please order in person, save yourself the trouble from ordering on the app because they do not care about you. The management needs to wake up. Your restaurant is an embarrassment and a slap into the face to the customers that go there on a weekly basis like me not everyone has time to stand in line and wait for orders. The convenience of online ordering is no more at this location. They will take advantage of you smile in your face and hand you a bag that is completely incorrect.

The restaurant is dirty, with poor housekeeping and they are typically very understaffed leading to them only taking mobile orders. It is probably the worst managed and poorly operated Chipotle restaurant in the area.

Barely anything in the bowl can see the bottom of it. Didn’t have fajitas veggies like I ordered and paid extra for queso only to not have that either. So many burnt pieces from the grill mixed throughout. Very unpleasant. 12 dollars for this? So disappointed. Will not be going back.
