Extremely pathetic and disappointing service . After waiting for 50 minutes for my 2 pizzas , I was told( that too upon inquiring )that 1 of my pizza is required to be remade . When asked to remade the entire order again as the other pizza was already lying with them for past 15 minutes and would be cold by the time by other pizza was made , I was (rudely) declined and I was forced to leave with 1 pizza(as kids were waiting at home ) that was made 15-20 minutes back .Reason given - understaffing . Totally unacceptable and unprofessional services . Kindly avoid this place .

Ordered my food for delivery. Took 2 hours to get my food from 1 mile away. I called after an hour Just to make sure they actually got my order that was placed through the website, and they told me they only had one driver and are backed up. Seems as though businesses are great at making excuses for why they’re no good at their business. You’re only purpose for existing as a business is to deliver pizzas. If you can’t do that well… Maybe you should just close up shop.I remember years ago getting a 30 minute or less guarantee. Ahh the good ol’ days. Don’t take the order for delivery if you can’t deliver. And on top of all that… The food is mediocre and overpriced.

Bun Beezy

The food was ok but the service is bad if you are a person of color. Now I understand i stand out in a predominantly white area but that's not an excuse to treat someone bad. I was waiting in line and yes I was the only black person in the store and all the white customers were served with a smile. It was my turn to step to the register and the woman serving everyone immediately step away from the counter and started folding boxes. I had to wait for 5 minutes for a white male to come and talk to me and yes he had an attitude. I truly did nothing wrong I was patient and kind but I honestly feel because of my race and size in that area I was judged and they did not want to serve me. Don't go there if you are black.

We ordered large pizza on Feb 9th, one of topping is missing, the bell pepper topping is nothing but the top part which is generally discardsed while chopping. So disappointing.

Ordered food from this place and it was poorly done. Toppings were missed in all of the pizzas and they were not at all good. Thy are not even bothered about thequality they are providing to customer and they just shut saying we can give credit and have to use same credits in the same store . Why would we again go to the same store ? Horrible.

Apple Gate

Multiple members of my family were staying at a hotel in town for my grandmother's funeral. We all came from different states (NJ, VA, SC). Around 9:45-10pm, we placed an almost $75 order. We were given a delivery time of approx 10:30pm. Store was listed as open until 12am. It got later & later & we had not received our food. We tried calling repeatedly to no avail. I finally drove to the store, only to find it closed. They had canceled our order with no notification & since most everything was closed by that point, we were reduced to eating Wawa food. They could've at least bothered to call & let us know they'd be unable to fulfill our order. Very poor business practices & horrible customer service!!!!

Food is constantly getting canceled or late. I'm done with this place and completely lost my patience. On top of that, stop hiring young unprofessional managers with a curt tone. The date time is 12/12/2023 at 6:25pm. Whoever I spoke to that is the night manager here needs to really learn some professionalism.I ordered food at 4 for a 5:45pn deliver. It's now 6:30. On a Tuesday. You got to be kidding me.

The worst dominos. “Open” until midnight but constantly cancels orders or just never delivers. When you call to check on the order you wait on hold for 10+ minutes only for them to hang up on you.

This place needs to shut down. They always have a “open” sign up with 0 employees working there. Ordered over 10+ pizzas online and we got there to pick it up with not one person in sight at the store.I have no idea how such a place could stay open for so long!

They don't actually deliver food. They cancel, sometimes with notice, sometimes without. What is going on here - a total of 6 times ordered over the last 4 months with them not sending anything out.

avoid this domino’s at all costs. ordered food through their app at 11 pm. store says they close at 12 & it allowed me to put my order through on the app, so like any normal & rational person i assume they’re open. i get to the store early (around 11:10 pm) and i watch the only employee there shut the lights off and leave. no call saying they’re cancelling my order. no heads up. so i call the store twice because i’m like there’s no way in hell that just happened. must be a joke, right? no. no one picked up. few minutes later the employee that just left comes skirting back into the parking lot telling me she’s about to call the cops on me for sitting in my car outside the place. i explain the situation & she gave me an extreme amount of attitude. no “i’m sorry for the miscommunication” literally just told me “read the sign on the door” like how was i supposed to know they were closed when everything online said they were open??? worst experience i’ve ever had. complete joke.

Over 2 hours later and I had to drive to the store to see where my delivery order was because noone would answer the phone after 19 minutes. I understand they are under staffed because only 1 person was making pizzas, and the manager was delivering, but no communication at all. Then I get to the store after waiting almost 2 hours and they tell me its delivered already. It was not delivered at all. Then we drive all the way back to check again. Still not here. Even gave the woman who took my order directions down the driveway because it is very long and there are 2 houses on it. Well it wasnt at either house. Will never order from any dominos ever again
