This was the best customer service I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. Everyone went out of their way to be so nice and they gave us a complimentary donut just because. I was so impressed.

Fast and friendly staff. Food and drinks are delicious and fresh and hot. I just don’t like the fact that the app doesn’t work without internet!? It takes time to log on DD wifi and by the time you get to the window they are ready for your payment!

If you’re looking for fast food keep looking. U can count on waiting 20+ min for poor quality food even when there’s only 3 cars in front of you. The brisket hash is actually only hash with queso and the croissant is ALWAYS stale. Here’s a pic of the half filled hash that made me late for my kids de. Appointment today.

I ordered pick up at window, they made me come inside after opening the window and telling to come inside. All she had to do was lean 3ft forward and 3 feet back to hand me my order.

It’s a Dunkin’ okay so set your expectations! I like my morning coffee HOT and they deliver. Do you like Dunkin’ breakfast sandwiches? If you do this place gets them right they come out HOT and fresh. After moving locations they’re still fast and efficient. The team/family running this location are consistent and committed. We’ll done Glen Mills Dunkin’!!

Gave us extra donuts for the wait and my son was so happy. Also every time we go here the donuts are super fresh and the coffee is great. Five stars!

Waited in the store to get some donuts for 5 mins. Surprisingly no one was in the store to take our order but the drive thru was open. Looks like they need some customer training.
