4pm drive thru visit, asked if they had fresh decaf he said yes. He asked if coffee was all I wanted & I replied yes, I got an attitude from the worker. I Got half way down the road took a sip of my coffee & it was less than room temperature. It’s a disgrace a business would serve that. I got home & tried calling the number on my receipt several times but kept getting a busy signal. I will not be returning to this location & will absolutely let my coworkers know of the experience I had. Do better…..your coffee is expensive as it is

This Dunkin is so dirty. The door looks like it has never been cleaned. If the customer area is that gross I can only imagine how dirty the food prep area is.

This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They NEVER have the donuts I ask for (which are different each time). They only operate through drive through. They don’t even let you finish ordering before rushing you to the window and 9 times out of 10 I get someone very rude. Avoid this location at all costs

The guy wasn’t cooperating. I didn’t like how he can’t give proper service for powder tea I provided. He didn’t add or stir it. And I spilled it on myself. I’m not going there again

Every Single Time you come here the doors are locked. Just picking up an Uber Eats order and wait in the drive thru because you can’t pickup inside. What type of operation is this.

They didn't have any doughnuts and me and my grandkids saw them eating the doughnuts that they said they didn't have. Also my granddaughters hot chocolate was very chocolaty and very thick and my other granddaughters coffee was supposed to be iced but it wasn't and when they put the ice in there was barely any coffee. And couldn't understand the employees wish I could give 0 stars.

I wish I could give 0 star. I was in line for 20 minutes to make an order. When I get to the window, they told me I have to leave the line and go inside because they have other people waiting. The manager was so rude to me. After telling them that I’ve been in line for 20 mins to place an order they still went ahead to not give a damm. I will never come back here. I wish management see all these horrible comments and hire new people!!!!
