II Brother's Pizza & Restaurant

I had a terrible experience at this pizza shop. Not only was my order completely wrong, but when I asked for it to be corrected, the staff was extremely disrespectful. On top of that, I experienced racist behavior, which is unacceptable in any business. When I tried to get a refund, they gave me a very hard time instead of simply resolving the issue. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect, good service, or fairness.

The owner is extremely rude. We ordered lunch for take out and the chicken caesar wrap was drenched in dressing and smelled bad. When I called to let them know and request a refund the owner was yelling at me that the chicken was fresh and maybe I should order something different next time. He also stated that he had no way of issuing a refund on a card yet every other business can. We will stay with concord pizza the food was terrible and the service was worse

I’ve been going to ii brothers for 3 years now. I may have had everything on the menu. I never received a made meal The people working there are so nice and always smiling and friendly from the counter girls to the cooks in the back. I highly recommend ii brothers best food and best prices

The food is ok. What really annoys me is the nonsense extra charge they apply to the bill if you use a credit or debit card. I didn't see it disclosed anywhere. With so many pizza shops in the area, it's a shame this is the way they chose to differentiate themself. With so many choices, why go to the place where if you don't have cash you pay more? Because of this, I will not be back.

Unfortunately this place is racist I went in with my son only to be disrespected and treated unfairly. The 1st time my child had to witness an evil racist man yell and curse at his mother and apparently he was the owner.

Pizza not so great...skimpy on the cheese...was almost like dry sprinkled from a jar. Wings and mozzarella stix were great. Waitress was great.

Just moved into the area and gave them a try. We have ordered twice now and will continue to give them our business. The food is excellent and the delivery was fast and friendly. We have tried their boardwalk and regular pizzas plus Arancini and brothers fries. Very tasty and cooked to perfection!

We stopped at II Brother’s Pizza as a party of 30! We only gave Angelo a 10 minute heads up and they were WONDERFUL. I teach high school students with disabilities and they were patient, kind and allowed each student to order and pay one by one. The dining room was spacious and clean. This will definitely be added as a go to for our community based trips in the future!!!
