Not Your Average Joe's - Glen Mills

We really enjoyed our time at Not Your Average Joe. Everyone was so pleasant and courteous. We went for the October fest menu and it certainly lived up to the advertisment. We will definetly will be going back.

Food was as expected and we enjoyed it. Our service, however was one of the worst experiences we've ever had at NYAJ. Our server never checked on us for refills or if the food came out correct. My husband had to flag her down to get her attention for anything....mainly the glass of water I had to ask for three times before I got one. Overall, staff friendly and food was good. We had intended to enjoy a second round of cocktails but weren't able to do so due to the lack of interest by our server.

The food I had was great tomatoe basil soup and Caribbean chicken tenders Service very good a nice dining experience would definitely recommend

The service was pathetic from the time we walked in at the front check in counter to the service af the counter. It was clear that they absolutely didn't want us there. No, it was not close to closing time. The lady at the front checking us in made a face and did not care to greet us at all. I tried to ignore that and then came the worst service with questions like ... is that enough time looking at the menu? Or Do you all want water with her eyes bulging out and inhale because I asked for water. The restaurant closes at 10 and we were there at 8. Don't keep your restaurant open if you don't want to serve your customer's.

We enjoyed our meal and service. They were quick to accommodate those with food allergies.

The environment was inviting and staff very welcoming. We sat immediately and service immediately greeted us and took drink orders. Overall food quality was good however the nachos were just ok. Only complaint, we could t find our waitress when it was time to check out. Finally after ten minutes we had to go up to the host and ask for our server to come back to our table. Minor complaint only. Great place to watch a sports game.

The bread and oil dip were enjoyable, but unfortunately, the quality of the food declined from there. We went for brunch and ordered a ham and cheese omelet along with chicken and waffles. The ham and cheese omelet was made with thinly sliced ham lunchmeat and some gritty cheese. I really don't understand how you can mess up an omelet. The chicken and waffles featured a chicken tender placed on top of each waffle. I feel like we often return here, almost forgetting how disappointing our previous meal was. Overall, the food was mediocre at best. While the restaurant has a decent vibe, the food consistently fails to deliver.

We come here regularly and always enjoy their food including their delicious complimentary bread.

We like going here cause they have a great variety of gluten free options, the food is consistently tasty, good service and it's priced well.

Our waitress was great. The food was good but not great. I always order the mustard chicken (had to spit out the first bite because they didn't cut off the piece of unchewable gristle. My husband said his grilled cheese & tomato soup were okay/average. The Brussel sprouts were cooked & flavored perfectly & we loved the bread with butter dip. The carrot cake icing was insanely sweet & missing that cream cheese flavor unfortunately. The cake itself tasted great. We will have to come back & try brunch.

Service was excellent. Taste and portion size of meatloaf was great. Carrots were swell done, soft and tasty.

Another excellent experience, as always! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is top-notch, and the facility is beautiful. Everyone is so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly—it really makes a difference. I always look forward to coming here. Love this place!

T...our server and her trainee Lilly were the best. They anticipated needs and were very responsive. The food looked as good as it tasted. Definitely going back!!

Good menu but poor service. Plus servers should have a dress code. Sloppy looking employees do not fit the vibe the restaurant is trying to portray

Delicious bread. Excellent iced tea. Bam bam shrimp and nachos - solid. Choc chip cookie n ice cream -ok. Great waitress. Plenty of parking .
