They don’t answer their phone so you have to order online. When I went to pick up my pizza, they said they never got the order. iRegardless of whether the food is good or not, I will never go back to a place that can’t do the basic thing like taking an order.

Good pizza, BUT....This review is one of my more "mixed feelings " about this establishment. Based on what I heard on other reviews about how good their pizza was, I was eager to experience it next.I found the pizza was just what I was in the mood for that day.The Good:Old school square pieNot too thickJust enough sauceA little burnt on the bottom, "which I'm good with,"Nice tasting, PeperoniGood crisp throughout.The Bad:The wait time on this was ridiculous,bordering on absurd.I called ahead to order my pizza but couldn't get through (1st warning sign)I was only 10 minutes away, so I continued on to the shop. Yes, there were about 5 customers in the restaurant when I arrived. All looked sort of irritated (2nd warning sign).The two wait staff girls were very pleasant, so I ordered. At this moment, there was a steady flow of call ahead customers flowing in to pick up their orders, most still had to wait. It was at that point I heard one of the wait staff girls say they are around 70 pizzas behind...They eventually stopped taking orders either by phone or walking.My wait time this day was well over an hour+.Since that day I've made multiple attempts to return and order againBut every time I go, the wait is close to an hour... for-a-pizza..Sorry Pop's your food is delicious (it really was) BUT... your service response time is way too long for the average customer, we will have to give our business to other eaterys in the area as your place is clearly not up to the task of providing a timely service.

I don’t like the meat they use for the cheese steaks it’s tough and you can’t even chew it I had to throw it away it wasn’t edible. The chicken parm sandwich was great tho ! Service was meh and the atmosphere is nothing special.

Great new-ish spot in Glen Mills. Pizza is excellent, sandwiches are excellent. Menu is a bit limited, but don't let that discourage you. You can find something you'll love. Probably set up mostly for take-out, but there are maybe 5 tables inside.

Ordered two takeout cheesesteaks late afternoon, as a walk-in, on a Sunday. Only one roll left but the gentleman taking my order said that would be plenty for two. I said, great -- that works! While I was waiting for the sandwich, I was offered a slice of pizza. Said, sure -- why not? Well, damn; that Pizza (pepperoni) was delicious! Had fresh basil, cupped pepperoni and freshly shaved shards of Parmesan on the nicely sauced slice. Had to wait until I got home to break into the sandwich, which was loaded with steak, cheese and fried onions on a seeded roll -- chef's kiss! Was highly impressed with the food, the service and the bit of goodwill offered by the staff with the pizza slice. (Doesn't take a lot of effort to leave a great impression -- ya know!?) I will definitely be back. Not your run of the mill pizza shop -- impressive menu!

Their pizza is SUPER doughy, SUPER greasy. Bring a pack of tums (and I’m not prone to stomach acid)…. Don’t dare to eat two slices, if you do, you will feel like you’re digesting a brick after 20 minutes. A group of 4 got the same pizzas and we all said the same thing. It wasn’t just one of us that maybe had a sensitive stomach. CHEAP INGREDIENTS.
