The location near Routes 1 & 202 was filthy. The young woman who took our order was I'll mannered. There were no other customers in the store when we visited. Three employees were on duty and yet the tables and floors were very, very dirty. The Italian "subs" we ordered were bland. The local Wawa convenience stores provide a better sub at about half the cost. I left feeling cheated. One more thing. While we were there, someone came into the store and laid his face down on the table next to ours and went to sleep. Later a female employee came over and talked with the individual in a way that would indicate there was some relation., It was inappropriate and creepy. We won't be returning.

Delicious food! Great staff! Went there for a Chicken Diablo last week and the two ladies who were working were so polite. Will defiantly be returning daily!

I went Tuesday and the staff was very helpful. Great food, with great service. Perfect place for anyone to go get a hoagie.

I would like to start by saying "Joshua Mott" (who I see has left reviews on his own restaurant by the way) was extremely rude. First, they got my order incorrect, twice, which I was alright with because I understand everyone makes mistakes. Next, I asked for extra mayo, told them I would pay extra for it, and they refused to do it. The sandwich was for my grandmother and she was heartbroken. Finally, I discovered the lettuce they used was spoiled and brown. I will be going to Wawa in the future for their superior quality and customer service.

Have been going to this Primos ever since I heard of it. Best in the area and amazing customer service & sandwiches. I am always greeted immediately with a warm welcome and helped within seconds every time I order here. Service is quick as well. Employees must recognize me at this point, I order so much. Big fan of the sharp Italian and the Bada Bing. Tastes fresh every time and the bread is like no other. Will always be a loyal customer to this primos!

Ordered a Tray for my super bowl party this year. The girl on the phone was extremely helpful and helped me choose the size, explained popular sandwiches and all of the sides they have to offer. When I went to get my tray the staff had it right away for me and all of the sides were in a bag along with utensils, napkins etc! The tray was beautfuil and all of the hoagies were in perfect portions. My family and friends were a big fan of the italians. Primos hoagie trays are great!

Their hoagies are the best I've ever had. So flavorful and quality ingredients. They are generous with the meat and toppings as well. My family and I all enjoy it and love coming back again and again!

I frequent this Primos at least 2 times a week for lunch. You can definitely tell there is new ownership! Amazing staff, fresh baked bread in store everyday and the Hoagies are the best around!

Very clean and very attentive workers. The food is ALWAYS fresh and prepared to order.

We have been very disappointed with our last few hoagie purchases. Over the last six months or so I got at least one tray and a few orders of multiple hoagies. The disappointment is in the Rolls. They are no longer a nice crisp roll. They tasted stale and like they had been frozen and thawed out. The most important thing to us and what makes a good hoagie is the roll. Yesterday I ordered 7 hoagies and the same things. Everyone said the rolls tasted stale. Serving stale frozen/thawed rolls is a major disappointment.

What a joke this is the second time in 6 weeks I have ordered a party tray and when I show up to pick it up first time they said they never got my order even though I had the receipt. Now today I show up to pick up and they forgot to make it. Not acceptable. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
