Calm down with the sugar and whey. I got a pineapple surf and it tastes like sugar and protein powder. I regret getting a large because it was a huge waste. I don't taste any fruit. Also only the drive thru was open so I couldn't go inside to get more time to look at the menu.

I never even got food, i was denied service for no reason by a woman at the front, store was not yet closed it is beyond ridiculous i would love to speak to the owner of this establishment.

The bowl itself is not that bad. But you guys need to fix that diarrhea drizzle (definetly not hazelnut). The guys were understanding. Although we should be explaining to customers. And let's stop closing 1 hour earlier please. Do better!

Long wait... Even though its no customers in drive thru..... Smoothies are beyond sweet... Like a gallon of sugar was poured in.... But the strawberry pineapple energy was actually really good... The mango ginger tasted like a powder drink... I wont be going back... This place is more of a try and see for yourself type of spot

Okay so I honestly visit this store twice a week or more in the summer. Staff totally rocks and they always hustle their butts off. I love the Strawberry Hulk and Banana Boat. Love the rewards system and I'm always walking with a smoothie or 2 for the next day. Hours were crazy during covid but now you can stop by just about any reasonable time and they will serve you.

my friends and i are regulars at smoothie king, our orders are all the same. we order the angel food and add protein and peanut butter in it for an extra $3. we received one smoothie that was made correctly, when it’s correct it’s this light pink color.ours were dark pink, when we went back through the drive through to ask them for a refund because this has happened every single time i’ve been here for the last couple weeks. only because i’m paying $16.90 for two smoothies. the woman tries to gaslight us and tell us it was made correctly when it clearly wasn’t. then she takes the smoothies from us aggressively closes the window and throws them in the trash, and starts to remake them. i wanted a refund. we had to wait for a different woman to come back with the remade smoothies in order to ask for a refund since the window got slammed in our faces before we got the words out. apparently the womens name was colleen.
