The bagels were very good, as was the cream spread. I thought many items on the menu were a bit pricey.

Great customer service. Great food. They were awesome.

It's okay if you need a quick bite, but the bagels were overcooked, the egg was tasteless/ very dry and the bacon was like shoe leather. First visit and probably my last.

Absolutely disgusting! Bagel is completely burnt and not even sure what’s on the bottom of it? Won’t be ordering from here again, what a waste of money.

Let me say that they need no stars for their review. The new manager Sam is very rude and unprofessional. I used to go there at least twice a week, but the quality of service and the food has plummeted so badly that I don’t even like to stop by. In addition, the management is very rude and unprofessional. So bad so bad. In fact, too bad.

Quality and size of bagels can be inconsistent. Cinnamon raisin bagels rarely have more than a few raisins. Given the price (highest in the area), I expect better.

This place has an exceptional atmosphere! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The customers are always friendly and happy. Check out the video of this amazing customer service!

Came at the end of a busy day on a Saturday, half an hour before closing time. We ordered a bunch of items, and were informed a few minutes later by our server that a couple of things were unavailable. This was not a problem (again, the end of a Saturday, and on Black Friday weekend); we switched our order (which ended up being great - the Rosemary olive oil bagels are DELICIOUS!) Our server (don’t know her name), completely unprompted, provided us a $10 gift card as an (unnecessary) apology in our bag. The gesture was so thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you so much!!! All of the foods and drinks were excellent as well (would highly recommend the peppermint hot cocoa). Will come back again!

Delicious bagels and sandwiches!

I used to come all the time and stopped after complaining because of the appearance and quality of the bagels whenever I get a BEC bagel half of the bagel is always off the bagel it just shows their lack of care for providing quality food for their customers although after months figured I would give it another shot and honestly this might just be the last time because why is half the egg not even on the bagel? BEC are very simple to make and you guys are wrapping them up so you see the appearance like this and are ok serving that to your customers???? It's just sloppy and low quality

I had a great experience at this location today. I especially want to mention the woman at the register. I think her name was Samantha, apologies if that’s incorrect, I should have wrote it down. She offered really great customer service and felt super genuine as a person, which truly made me want to return.
