My daughter is 6, and gets the same sandwich once a week. It just so happens we were at a target. She ordered the sandwich it came out on different bread than the million other Starbucks use. I questioned the employee who told me they just warm them up rudely. My advice is to stick to the brick n mortar store. My drink also sucked, better people skills training is also a must. They also were out of a lot of stuff , as they weren’t sent it yet.

Ordered a venti matcha latte that was barely filled 3/4 of the way with the top being complete foam. The drink itself was awful. To pay almost $7 for a drink and have it be under filled and disgusting deserves 0 stars.

Saturday, Feb 15, 2025 ordered a Mocha Hot at the Target in Glen Mills on Hatton Drive.There were three young ladies behind the counter. Had to wait in line 5 minutes while the young lady at the register flirted with the guy in front of me, while the other two girls were on their phones giggling. This is a heads up…..ya need to get an Adult at this location!!!!!

I was appalled when the young lady behind the counter (with multi colored hair) greeted me while scratching her head. Then rubbing her eyes and the her nose!! ALL WITHOUT A GLOVE ON!!! Disgusting!!! Service here is usually great but girl working register was very short with how she spoke to people, and when I asked about the coupon offer for any 2 handcrafted drinks for $10 she was snippy and says “we don’t honor coupons at this location.” Even though it’s a Starbucks offer

Decided to go here on a Saturday for a hot drink. Get to the Starbucks and there is a sign saying that they were closed for the day. Although, the associate is behind the counter cleaning. It was also 10 AM so you can imagine how confused I was. The Starbucks is inside of a busy target and a Saturday is the day that you choose to randomly close down operation for the day. Doesn’t add up to me. Won’t go out of my way to visit this location again

Ordered 4 drinks today. The line was a tad long but doesn’t take away from the fact that they did not accept orders for ice caramel macchiatos and when I asked why, the lady said she didn’t know. They also did not inform me that they did not have any passion fruit drinks before I made my order and there was no orderly fashion when it came to handling the orders. Everyone’s drink were coming out at different times and I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my drinks to come out. Some of the people got timid and decided to get their money back because of how long things were taking. Not to mention they were skipping out on ingredients. Seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. Pretty disappointed and won’t be going back again.
