What a bummer. I love when there are Starbucks inside Targets, and I love Starbucks. Today's encounter was so disappointing. I was the only customer and there were two employees working. They both looked my direction before one of them decided to greet me, and the other laughed as if they were playing a "who will greet the customer first" game, and the goal was to not be first. Once I made my order, a tall latte and a ham and cheese croissant, the two employees began holding a very loud and boisterous conversation about one of their coworkers who was wanting more hours, and laughing about how they were not going to switch shifts with this person. Meanwhile, because I go to Starbucks often, I have a pretty good idea of how long the sandwich will take and the drink. By the time my sandwich was almost done, the one employee had only put syrup in my latte cup. She was then on her cell phone waiting for the espresso to complete. My sandwich was done, before the milk had ever been poured for my drink as they continued on their conversation and laughing. Once my drink and sandwich were done, my drink tasted fine, but my sandwich was cold in the middle so I had to throw it out. Being that I was the only customer there - I was paid very little attention and my order was made at an extremely slow pace. Such a bummer - let's give the employee that wants more hours, the chance to provide great customer service.

Ordered 4 drinks today. The line was a tad long but doesn’t take away from the fact that they did not accept orders for ice caramel macchiatos and when I asked why, the lady said she didn’t know. They also did not inform me that they did not have any passion fruit drinks before I made my order and there was no orderly fashion when it came to handling the orders. Everyone’s drink were coming out at different times and I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my drinks to come out. Some of the people got timid and decided to get their money back because of how long things were taking. Not to mention they were skipping out on ingredients. Seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. Pretty disappointed and won’t be going back again.

Decided to go here on a Saturday for a hot drink. Get to the Starbucks and there is a sign saying that they were closed for the day. Although, the associate is behind the counter cleaning. It was also 10 AM so you can imagine how confused I was. The Starbucks is inside of a busy target and a Saturday is the day that you choose to randomly close down operation for the day. Doesn’t add up to me. Won’t go out of my way to visit this location again

This location never messes up my order! It's right near where I work and I can always be assured that my mobile order is perfectly made. Other locations will occasionally mess up my cold brew with cold foam, but this one never disappoint! Thank you staff!
very dissatisfied. the lady working the cashier and taking our orders was the sweetest lady. she had nothing to do with the situation. my friend and i went to this starbucks to try out the trend tall drink with no ice and venti cup of ice. you pour the tall drink in the venti cup of ice and it’s a cheaper venti. as the baristas are making our drinks they start saying rude things about us. talking about how we don’t care about the environment, and talking about how we were wasting things. they kept saying i’m annoyed. we were disappointed to hear them saying these things because all we were trying to do was get our drinks. we did not once think about hurting our environment and we would never want to. the staff is usually so polite but those 2 mean workers ruined our day.
