I used to be a frequent customer here before moving and had to come back just to say that I miss this specific starbucks. Its one of the most comfortable and welcoming cafes ive been to and definitely recommend!

Went twice in one week and both times the coffee tasted horrible. I had coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup of my iced coffee. Ever since the remodel I feel like they’ve gone down hill. I paid for an extra shot and didn’t taste like it was added. Tasted like an overload of creamer and no flavor.

I don’t know who the cashier was tonight, but let’s just say she could clearly say I was upset. I had to put my dog down earlier in the day and I ordered a medicine ball tea she wrote feel better queen you got this so she went above and beyond of what she had to do I wish I got her name before I left but every time I come here it’s always great customer service and tonight just topped it off with even better service than I could’ve ever imagined so thank you to this young lady and thank you Starbucks for making my day better!
So I am a serious Google reviewer, a little to serious, my wife would say. As a small business owner myself I personally know what a bad review can do. Then again if you have a huge amount of reviews a few bad ones aren't going to have much bearing on the algorithm. With that being said, I know someone personally that works at this Starbucks location so we are here pretty frequently. When I was checking to see what the reviews were like, I saw that there was a large number of 1 ⭐ reviews. This store was completely remodeled just a few weeks ago. Almost all the negative reviews are from years ago so it's almost like the place needs to get a mulligan in case you don't ⛳ golf that's a do over. The establishment is very nice, the staff is pleasant and I haven't had an issues. Isaac is an absolute pleasure, he has waited on me several times. The kid deserves a huge raise!!!
