The barista Matt always makes my drink taste 10x better no matter WHAT!! I go almost every morning and Matt never fails to put a smile on my face due to his outgoing personality! I swear every time I go to a different Starbucks my venti iced peach green tea lemonade does NOT hit the same. Matt is incredible

I’d like to highlight my consistently GREAT experience at the Glen Mills location. As someone who purchases from Starbucks minimum 5x a week, I can honestly tell you MATT is the best associate I have ever come across at any Starbucks location - mind you I also travel a lot and always get my Starbucks. Even as far as Starbucks in Jamaica! And Matt is still #1! He greets you with a warm voice and kind smile. He always makes you feel like a super valued customer. And for that I’ll always return. He should be a manager so that he can impart his genuine customer service passion on others. There is a Starbucks literally walking distance from my job, and I still rather to go out of my way to use the one in Glen mills simply due to the consistent warm service Matt provides!

The best Starbucks! Just went and ordered food and a drink and it was out to me in under 3 minutes and the staff you have working the drive through on 8/8 in the morning is absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be returning to this location in the future! Thank you for a great start to my morning!

You have to work to keep a place this dirty and have such a swarm of flies. Food left all over the tables and floors is caused by the customers but I bet the employees would be allowed to clean. Looks like it is well staffed.

His kindness just truly makes a difference in my day and each time I visit I leave feeling uplifted and appreciated. He is just so hard to describe as he is really one of a kind with this franchise. Terrible service they are suppose to be open until 8 pm and close every night by 730. Employees are rude and don't prepare drinks properly. Ordered a vanilla latte and had no vanilla flavor. They don't take the app for payment and no order ahead.
