I used the online check-in and even got the text saying my table was ready, but when I went inside I still had to wait about 15 minutes before being seated. Meanwhile, people who walked in without checking in online were being sat before me. That was really frustrating and kind of defeats the purpose of using the system. The food and staff were fine, but the wait situation was enough to sour the experience.

I love this Texas Roadhouse. We have been dining here for a dozen years and it has been excellent every time. Ron is always hustling along with the rest running food and checking in on the diners. The music is not too loud so you can speak at normal volume. All the staff is friendly and helpful. It feels like a great value for the experience and we always have leftovers because we eat too many of the delicious rolls and butter.

Take out of a family meal was extremely disappointing. Half-full containers of sides, tiny chicken breasts, and a side-salad that was supposed to be a family-sized salad. Not at all worth the price.
So I have now had 2 bad experiences out of 3, and the 3rd was only ok. The first time we went for a late night snack for fun, got a bunch of appetizers and drinks, waitress was nice, but ALL of our food came out cold. I called Texas Roadhouse customer service and was told a manager would get back to me. Never heard back. Second time...we waited a line time as you do for this restaurant and that was fine, they finally called my name and I followed them to my table to see dirty cups from the people who previously sat at the table, waiter/waitresses tip still on the table. The girl who walked us to the table put our bread down, pointed to the DIRTY table and took the cups with her as she walked away. I waited to see if she would come back, she did not. She continued to seat others. Once again, I called customer service and was told again that the manager would reach out. You guessed it, they did not.

Had dinner with my bf and family the other night and Lisa Anne was so rude and disrespectful that my bfs 90 year old aunt noticed and was annoyed. Lisa continued to forget things I asked for but when my bf asked for the same thing I asked for she asked âIS THIS FOR YOUâ he was in shock that she was playing so dumb and clearly trying to flirt while disrespecting me đ in front of his family at that 𤢠she forgot my water 3 different times until HE asked. She also asked if my bf REQUESTED to be sat in her sectionâŚand he said noâŚwe were all very confused and it was such ugly pick me behavior. Which if we had been at a bar it would have handled very differently because who is that blatantly intentionally disrespectful to someone they donât know is INSANE.
