The best bakery I’ve been too!! We’re from Boston and are vacationing in PA went for a motorcycle ride and stumbled upon this gem! The service and atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The coffee and pastries we got were hands down the best I’ve ever had and I am a career bakery manager.

I don't often leave a review, but after being served by the sweetest lil gem this morning I had to share what a fantastic experience I had this new neighborhood coffee bar. Emma made the best cappuccino I have ever had and yummy coffee cake muffin! I must recommend stopping in for a cafe and baked treat by Emma! Standing ovation!

**UPDATE 7/12/2024**
This is not a reflection of the staff, who I think are doing the best they can, but of the owners and their management.
I still love the coffee here, and the pastries. But it seems since the food menu was added a few months ago, things have gotten out of hand.
The staff seems flustered by the amount of work (there are definitely not enough hands on weekends or busy times), the new staff seem to be undertrained (probably due to lack of employees on the clock to both train and get things done), and the food is...well, overpriced for what you get and what state you sometimes get it in, unfortunately.
My husband and I have been loyal weekend regulars for almost half a year now, but we are struggling to remain loyal - with long wait times and incorrect orders.
I want to pay the price tag here for what I used to experience - great quality in experience, food, and beverages. But I don't want to pay it for a company that doesn't seem to value giving its employees enough margin to do the right thing and to be able to breathe.
This is an amazing location with great people and also even greater potential. Please hire more people and/or update your procedures/workflows to help your employees succeed.

I didn't know I could like coffee before discovering Collective.
First I fell in love with the baked goods (especially the coffee cake and the feta/spinach Danish!), then as my husband and I continued to visit every weekend, I fell in love with the coffee.
This is such a unique business with such quality. You can feel the heart poured into every cup and every item behind the counter.
It's worth it not only to stop in, but to plan to stop in when ever you can.

Coffee tasted extremely sour. Not sure if that was just a bad day, because I expected more since the place looked all fancy and had this big coffee machine with a bunch of handles and whistles.

Been here twice, coffee is consistantly good. Coffee cake and quiche was good. However the egg sandwich I had was... it looked like It was covered in grass clippings and tasted ?? lets just say I couldn't finish it. And was cold as a refrigerator inside. But it's a coffee shop and the coffee is what's good.

Delightful local bakery. Their pastries are amazing. Have a pop tart! No really, have one. Best pop tart ever. Their egg sandwiches have this moist, non-rubbery scrambled egg in them; amazing. They have other savory pastries, like a ham and Swiss croissant, which was buttery and flaky.
Their coffee drinks and loose leaf teas also make this worth the trip. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
My only negative is the prices feel a little bit high for the area, but considering the quality, taste, and the fact that they're all hand-made...completely worth it.

If you’re looking for custom cakes, this is the place to order from!!!!
I had just a bridal shower this past weekend and my bridesmaids ordered my custom cake from Collective Coffee and Bakery. The cake was absolutely GORGEOUS and everyone was talking about how great it tasted all day!
We ordered vanilla with fresh strawberries and I couldn’t be happier with how everything came out. Even the design turned out better than I imagined!
I would 100% recommend ordering from Collective for your next party or event!
