This place is always super busy. But they always get my order right even when I have modifications. And they remember who I am so I just have to pull up & they know my order. Their iced coffees are so delicious & creamy. They're also pretty fast considering they're super busy.

Iāve been a long time patron of Dunkinā Donuts (over 20 years) and Iāll always choose Dunkin before any other spot but the service myself and mother experienced today (4/16/25 around 11:45 am) had me at a loss for words. First off, in the drive thru area there is no trash receptacles except for after you receive your order and pulling ahead near the doorway. I havenāt been there for a couple of years (I moved a state south) by was in the area and we stopped for coffee and sandwiches. I was surprised to see a familiar face, as I used to be a regular and said hello, got my app scanned and paid. I had a coffee I was done with (still Dunkin) and asked if he could toss it in the trash and this dude got such an attitude and told me I should have thrown it out when I was at homeā¦seriously!! And then had the audacity to repeat himself after I said I had it after I left home and said it $5 more for him to toss it and had an attitude while saying it š¤¦š½āāļø never have I ever dealt with this type of foolishness. It either yeah sure or no we canāt, but to say some bs like that is just baffling to me. Iām glad I donāt come to this location anymore and Iāll make sure to stay away from this one from now on if I ever happen to be in the area.

The staff at this Dunkin are some of the nicest Iāve ever met! They were fast, friendly and accurate. I didnāt expect to leave with a huge smile on my face from a quick drive thru order, but the cashierās energy was infectious! Thanks to this team for making my day.
