I’ve been a long time patron of Dunkin’ Donuts (over 20 years) and I’ll always choose Dunkin before any other spot but the service myself and mother experienced today (4/16/25 around 11:45 am) had me at a loss for words. First off, in the drive thru area there is no trash receptacles except for after you receive your order and pulling ahead near the doorway. I haven’t been there for a couple of years (I moved a state south) by was in the area and we stopped for coffee...

The staff at this Dunkin are some of the nicest I’ve ever met! They were fast, friendly and accurate. I didn’t expect to leave with a huge smile on my face from a quick drive thru order, but the cashier’s energy was infectious! Thanks to this team for making my day.

I ❤️ ordering on the mobile app and picking up through the drive thru. When I approach the menu board, it welcomes me by name and tells me my order is ready to drive up to the window lol. Great service ?
