This is the second time this has happened to me the wings being drenched in sauce so much that it takes away from the taste of the chicken. The first time I called them and told them about my experience and it was dismissed so nine months later I tried them again and I was very disappointed it was a waste of $30. I will never go back again

I cannot leave a review saying how the food was because I did not get a chance to order. I heard about this place through a friend and was excited to try the wings. They had what looked like over 40 different sauces to try. The young lady in the front stood off to the side and never came over to ask if I needed anything. I then asked her if they sold broccoli bites. She flipped her hand on the menu and said it's somewhere on there and walked away. I waited for a second to see if she would come back over when my husband and I figured out what we wanted to order she never came back to the counter. I then left to see if we could just order over the phone with no customers in the store she put me on hold for 7min. I asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor got on the phone and had the same energy as if I called and bothered them. Long story short I guess I will not be trying the wings. If you are that rude and don't care about the people who spend money at your establishment can't imagine what else you don't care about fixing my food!

Ordered 200 wings for a cookout. Everyone loved the wings and asked how I cooked them. Couldn't take credit. I do want to thank you for doing such a great job.

First time, Ordered large order online and picked up in store. Food was decent but pick up process was not great.
I arrived and was politely told a few items were still cooking. After 5 min I received a text that my order was done. I didn't see it come to the counter so I waited. Another 5 min later I received another text saying my order was ready. I was confused so I went to the counter to check in mentioning the texts to a different counter person. She was dismissive and rude. After another 5 min my order was up and the girl was rude when I came to the counter. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Called to place an order and was told that the grill was off for the night. Ok no problem. I only wanted wings and salads. The gentleman was kind taking my order. Then a woman took the phone and repeated that the grill was off for the night. I said ok and asked if anything I ordered came from the grill. She then switched and said they couldn't do salads. I just canceled the order. I know I called late but I'd rather you not answer the phone then.

The wings are hardly have any meat on them but I asked for all flat wing she says not today so you can only get flat wing on certain days and they are selfish with the blue cheese and celery for every 10 they should give blue cheese

I ordered wings from here and never got called to tell me that it was delivered. I called an hour and a half after I ordered and the rude woman on the phone stated they dropped my food off at the spirit ticket counter. I asked why would you do that instead of calling me and letting me know that the food was down stairs and like ALWAYS we come down to get it. We have ordered from this place for a long time and our order sometimes ranges to a couple of hundred dollars and never had a problem with delivery and have ALWAYS been called to let us know food was ready. The woman on the phone expected me to go to the spirit ticket counter and get the food. Why would I do that? My food has been sitting in a public place and anything could have happened to it. This has been the worst service I’ve ever gotten from this place. The woman had the nerve to get frustrated and tell me “look dude I don’t know what to tell you” dude?? Excuse me??? I ended the conversation and called my credit card company and reversed the charge and I will NEVER order from there again.
