I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday with family and friends but didn't have the space at home. Oaks Ballroom has the Garden Room. It holds about 60 people comfortably. It was perfect. Andy is a really great guy. His guidance was definitely appreciated. We brought the cake, DJ and decorations. Oaks Ballroom supplied the food, bar, servers and bartender. A good time was had by all.

My wife and I scheduled a meeting with Andy to go over everything. We asked a question about the food and he got very defensive and rude. Then he started using curse words. We hit up and walked out. Andy continued to use foul language as we were walking. We’ve never experienced this before. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere or go there but don’t ask any questions.

I just went to a birthday party here on Saturday and the place is not kept up well. I seen spider webs in the chandeliers. There were many tiles in the ceiling that needed to be replaced from water damage. There may be a roofing problem. I also looked up from my table and there was a big opening in the ceiling from a missing ceiling tile. They had many light bulbs out all over the place in the fixtures. I seen a chandelier only had one bulbs in it with about 6 blown out. These are things people need to pay attention to when booking a venue (Cleanliness and Upkeep).

I have been going to The Oaks for 15 years & Andy was disrespectful & mean. Andy knew I was grieving & every time I said something he jumped down my throat & hung up on. He was so aggressive with me. I will never go back there ever again.
