Ordered thru GH on 11/18/24. Order was missing several items. Tried to call the store to let the manager know about their service but no one answered the phone even after several attempts. Have had problems with this location before but it's the only one GH uses to deliver to our home. DO NOT EAT HERE. The food we did get was cold & greasy.

Someone stays on their phone. There are three people at the drive-thru window and a lot of people in the back, and your food is still on hold and never good. The fries are overcooked; they just throw the food together.

I ordered a Double Pretzel Baconator. It had one regular size patty and the second one was the cheaper, smaller patty. I can't believe this location is starting to scam customers! CHECK YOUR FOOD!

I can't rate the food because we didn't even get to order. One cashier taking orders,well one order that took over 10 minutes to complete. I left to go somewhere else because I only have a 30 minute break.

If I could give this Wendy’s a negative star I would. All I can say is thank the heavens we went in and saw what was going on, rather than go through drive through and eat the food and not see what was going on behind the scenes!!
As soon as we walked in the cashier was texting on her phone, put her phone down, ran her hands over her hair a few times, rang us up, the. Turned around and bagged our fries. Didn’t wash her hands or put any gloves on!! All the jewelry on her hands and all.
Then an employee who was outside came in Worked in the dining room, walked back into the kitchen didn’t wash his hands and started bagging food, no gloves. All the tables inside were sticky and the over all place had a film of grease on the top.
We didn’t even eat our food. We couldn’t. It was so bad. I’ve never had a bad burger from Wendy’s. Something is definitely going on with this one. It was horrible.

Sat at the drive thru for 30 mins. There's no sense of urgency in there. the person taking the orders was rude and forgetful. He forgot to give us straws for our drinks. My child kids meal didn't have a toy. Just an all around bad experience. Will not return to this Wendy's

The glenolden wendys is the only wendys I go to any more and I have ti pass 4 other wendys to get to this one. Always consistent, the employees actually seem to care and they always have what's on the menu unlike many neighboring wendys.
