Great food, had the brisket platter, brisket was tender and juicy. Other peeps with me had the pulled pork, that was delicious as well. Reasonably priced, clean food truck. Check them out, definitely worth it.

I've followed their food truck to a few spots and go to the flourtown farmers market. Always good. Brisket is juicy and tender. Wife really likes the chicken. Portions are big. The platters come with two sides.

Had them at Ten7. They are a regular food truck at Ten7. I mean no disrespect, just being honest. It's not good. Ribs were dry. Mac n cheese was bland and lacked any depth of flavor or texture. Beans just tasted burnt. Won't be eating from them again.

Just stopped at the Flourtown farmers market location. Got the meat platter and some sides. By far, one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Will be a frequent customer.

I went here for the first time today after a night of craving bbq. I didn’t want to go far, and they had good reviews. I am currently eating the food and here is my honest review of everything I got:
Brisket: solid, very good, pulls apart easily.
Chicken wings: they need a better spice rub. I got three wings and I do not think I’ll eat the other two. The method of baking is also creating a very tough skin to bite through. A simple bbq wing would have been perfect.
Mac n cheese: good! It’s a basic Mac n cheese.
Baked beans: very disappointing. They have a burnt taste and I was hoping they would be sweeter. These have a bitterness to them that cancels out any sweet. I got a pint so I will have to doctor these up in order to finish them.
Cornbread: good.
Sauces: just ok
I got two sides of sauces with were alright. One thing i noticed was that there was no element of sweet. No sweet bbq sauce option, noting on the brisket or the wings, and definitely not in the beans. No pickled sides, that was a disappointment. I will finish this because it’s a lot of food and I hate to waste, but I will not go back for another visit.

The brisket platter with coleslaw and mac n cheese was all that. Definitely worth making the trip, there's seating inside and the atmosphere is chill and you can smell food throughout. And there's enough parking.

Saw a food truck pull up on Germantown Ave. decided to ask if they were open. The response I got was not warm to say the least. The guy acted like I was annoying him. Companies pay money to get customers and you lose an opportunity at gaining one free of charge? Ok suit yourself. Plenty of other options out there

I *immediately* had to come to leave a review after eating here! Good bbq in Philly is hard to come by and I haven’t had brisket this good since my last trip to Kansas City. THANK YOU for the amazing service and can’t wait to try more food next time!!!

Essentially a food hall. I passed through town and stumbled on this place. OMG! Epic win!!! The ribs were good, but the brisket was Devine.
First time order. I’ve read the reviews and they were good, so I ordered the ribs. They were smokey, tender and delicious! This will not be my last visit and I will try the other menu options.. In addition, the service was great!

Great bbq food truck at the perkiomen valley brewery. Got the Philly special which was in my case ribs, pork and ribs with a Mac and cheese side. Ate outside at the picnic tables with a twisted sister beer which was fantastic on a hot day.

They were out with their food truck in Philly for an event. The food was SOOOO good. We got 2 brisket sandwiches (hot & sweet bbq) cornbread, and Mac&cheese. The brisket was so juicy and delicious. The Mac & cheese was great! My favorite was the cornbread..it was cooked to perfection. Staff was super friendly and answered any questions we had. It seems like they enjoy what they do and you can taste that in the food. Would definitely recommend.

Most of all, I appreciate the warm greeting. This place was recommended to me by my mother. She said I would like the ribs and brisket, I couldn’t pick so I got both! The brisket was smoky, and juicy. The ribs, baby…. TOP TIER, fell right off the bone! I also had beans, greens, and Mack and cheese and I liked them all. A smile goes a long way and the man who plated my food was super personable and full of joy. I hope his light never dims!

Enjoyed a brisket platter with Mac and cheese and collard greens from their food truck. Great portion size for two to share. Peppery, tender brisket. Collard greens were super tender and juicy with bacon pieces. So good!
