Great bbq food truck at the perkiomen valley brewery. Got the Philly special which was in my case ribs, pork and ribs with a Mac and cheese side. Ate outside at the picnic tables with a twisted sister beer which was fantastic on a hot day.

They were out with their food truck in Philly for an event. The food was SOOOO good. We got 2 brisket sandwiches (hot & sweet bbq) cornbread, and Mac&cheese. The brisket was so juicy and delicious. The Mac & cheese was great! My favorite was the cornbread..it was cooked to perfection. Staff was super friendly and answered any questions we had. It seems like they enjoy what they do and you can taste that in the food. Would definitely recommend.

Most of all, I appreciate the warm greeting. This place was recommended to me by my mother. She said I would like the ribs and brisket, I couldn’t pick so I got both! The brisket was smoky, and juicy. The ribs, baby…. TOP TIER, fell right off the bone! I also had beans, greens, and Mack and cheese and I liked them all. A smile goes a long way and the man who plated my food was super personable and full of joy. I hope his light never dims!

Enjoyed a brisket platter with Mac and cheese and collard greens from their food truck. Great portion size for two to share. Peppery, tender brisket. Collard greens were super tender and juicy with bacon pieces. So good!

My brothers and I had a movie night. And my youngest brother was in charge of bringing food. He stopped by this fine establishment and purchased several racks of ribs. When I tell you that these ribs were juicy they were tender and they had the perfect bite. The rub is a Texas style rub, and the sauce brings everything together. If y'all haven't had the opportunity you have to stop by here and try their ribs and brisket it is outstanding. The only thing I can ask the owner is would you consider one day doing a Kansas City style rub to go along with your Texas style rub

Great food, great service and great Atmosphere. I had the Philly Special for Take out and I would say it comfortably feeds 4-5 adults. Very tender & moist. Mac&cheese side very well seasoned too! We’ll be back.

Babalouie BBQ truck was at work for lunch yesterday. The brisket sandwich is out of this world delicious and the portion was generous enough to have leftovers the next day.

I recently had some bbq from Babalouie's BBQ recently, and it was exceptional. I see the owner loves the Texas Style, and I really like his take on their style. The ribs were perfect and generously sized. The pulled pork tasted like a dream lol. The sauce was smokey and flavorful. I just have two requests. Would you be open to smoking Kansas City style bbq, and what's your position on smoking your mac and cheese, similar to baked mac and cheese. Oh and this is the best brisket I have had in this metropolitan area. I almost forgot to mention that.

Not good. The coleslaw has no flavor. And the baked beans tasted burnt. Also, they only had meat balls, but i expected that based on crowd. Still, a good business owner would anticipate having enough of a selection for a larger crowd. No? Anyway, the guy who was working the counter wasn't going to ask me if I wanted cheese, though he asked thoes before and after my order. Not sure why my money isn't any good. And I still left them a 22% tip! Shame on me I guess. Over all, I would 100 percent avoid anything to do with this shitty food and service. Good luck!

Of course the smoked meats are fabulous but I have to give a shout out to the sides! Smoky sweet spicy carrots, kickin coleslaw, homemade baked beans, and truly some of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted! Super friendly service.
Personally I don't like the Ribs because it tastes like oven baked not True Barbecue. The sides are definitely delicious except the Greens is a little too Greasy for me. Staff and owner are great people and I'll be back when the food is cooked outside on a Grill, like Big Grill Barbecue on Wadsworth Avenue. When I have time I'm going to Barbecue some Ribs and give some to these Rib places so they can taste what REAL BARBECUE SUPPOSE TO TASTE LIKE!!!
