Dreams Ice Cream is such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I just recently became a regular customer at this family establishment. I look forward towards great customer service and delicious flavored ice cream.

The ice cream is delicious but the customer service/friendly staff are the best. I’ve been here a few times, including this evening on my birthday, and they never disappoint!

Good ice cream, nice people. Pricing was...Well, $6 for one scoop of ice cream with a cup or cone. No toppings. Mind you, the ice cream wasn't bad, but there was really nothing special about it.It is a local business, so I understand.I got mint brownieBasically mint with brownie chunksIt was goodThey have cool conesThere's a blue oneParking: Parking is fine, you can park in the street or in a parking lot with a 60-ish second walk away.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, staff politeWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, steep steps. Not that it helps, but there is a kinda rough sidewalk that could get a wheelchair to outside of it

Came here again today and ice cream was still freezer burnt and it was $15 for 3 scoops of ice cream with whipped cream. Won't be back. Too expensive and quality not good. Shame because the staff are nice, and it's a cute location.

It's always very welcoming. It's a little cozy when more than one customer is there... but they make it work.

This is by far the best place for sweet scoop of goodness! With so many array of topping unique selections you'll be hard pressed to not find something on the menu to satisfy and crush that sweet tooth!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Dreams. The proprietors are probably the most welcoming and friendly people we've ever met. And their ice cream (especially the vegan flavors) are so delicious and creamy. It's without a doubt the best vegan ice cream I've ever had and, being lactose intolerant, I've sampled plenty in my day. I had vanilla and chocolate peanut butter. I couldn't tell the difference from dairy ice cream. Surprisingly it was not overly sweet and had no aftertaste like the majority of vegan ice creams I've had. My husband had the rum raisin and chocolatefudge brownie. It was so good he considered going back for another double scoop cup. If you live in the area or happen to be going to the Keswick, bypass the place next to the theater and head over to Dreams. You won't be disappointed. We'll probably do a road trip from Bristol in a few week. Yes, it's that good!

the toppings were sparce. and why can't they put the three scoops in a cup? they put it in a styrofoam container for hot dogs and the ice cream sticks all over the wax paper. ordered rocky road and I counted 2 marshmallows in the one scoop. tasted freezer burned. won't be ordering from them again

It's a cool family owned place, Ice cream is good like this place better than corporate owned..... They pay attention to their customers I like that!

Had dinner around the corner and stopped in here for the first time tonight.Definitely was a pleasant surprise… ice cream was really good (1 scoop of chocolate and 1 scoop coconut). One of the turnoffs with some ice cream spots is the freezer burn or ice chips in the ice cream; however, this place had none of that. The quality was very good and the girl at the counter was very nice! Additionally, this place supports military and all first responders.. Will definitely return!
