We ordered pizzas on a Sunday morning for a children's birthday party at lunch. They assured us pizzas would be delivered no later than 11:45. The order was called at least two hours before the party. They were not only 45 minutes late, but they did not even follow up to tell us they were late. Never again!

I order from here maybe twice monthly. Always enjoy the food. Tonight’s service wasn’t the best. I ordered at 9:02 without knowing the closing time because i didn’t check and my online order went through. I was notified immediately after that because they were taking a customer in the store they didn’t stop the online orders in time and i have to wait three days for a refund. That really sucks. No apology, nothing. I understand the explanation and it was a human error, but there was no offer to compensate me for the error even with an apology. Just oh well, kinda. SMH. It’s disappointing and i just feel like a paying customer should be treated better than this. I got nothing, but am out of $40 for their mistake until it’s rectified. I hope better systems are out i to practice so this doesn’t happen again. It’s a huge inconvenience.

My husband and I have been ordering here for years and the food is pretty descent . Food is pretty fresh , steaks are tender and staff is pretty good . Only thing is the wait time , I understand that they have other deliveries , however is there any way you could keep the food hot while en route to said destination. The food looses its taste and freshness after reheating it .

listen, i am a huge fan of hoagies and glenside pizza has absolutely *perfected* the craft. also, their milkshakes are out of this world. do yourself a favor and get oreo and reeses mixed, it will change your life. staff is incredibly friendly, the young girls on register are lovely, overall truly wonderful folks on staff. delivery is super quick as well! i am new to the area and glenside pizza has my loyalty for life! y'all rock, thanks for doing your thing! ♡

New ownership is a mess. Wanted to buy a draft beer while waiting for my pizza, “oh sorry, we are under new ownership and don’t have our liquor license yet. Then I waited 15 minutes then they told me they lost my ticket so I get to wait another 20 minutes. For all us long time Muskegon people, this isn’t the same place we knew.
