We got a sampler of 6 dumplings from their food truck. They were all banging! our favorite was the spinach ricotta.

Great little place. The variety is plentiful and I tried the noodles for the 1st time. Very much enjoyed them. Wish they had a vegetarian option for those since I dont eat chicken. I boight a bag for my child to take back to college, a friend a g/c and i treated myself to 6 as well. Very filling, they are filed very well and I can't wait for the french onion soup to return. Vegetarian options: They have spinach, mozz, and ricotta dumplings, broccoli and cheddar, dumplings, seasonally these otpions and they change from time to time and there may be others: french onion soup dumpling and mexican street corn dumpling.
Parking: Depends on day and time. I've only been twice, so I was able to park for free across the street from humpty dumpling but I also didnt stay long.
Kid-friendliness: Dumplings are fun and the place is small so maybe 2 or 3 small sized families can dine in.

Just had some of the cheesesteak and Italian Pork dumplings at the Tyler State Park Crafts in the Meadows festival, they were unbelievably good! This truck is a must stop place if it’s in your neighborhood! And come hungry if you order the French fries, they’re good and plenty! We’ll be back when you come back to Aristaeus Brewing!
