My favorite Asian restaurant in the Glenside vicinity.

The menu contains the usual variety of meat, poultry, fish, qnd vegetarian dishes with plenty of appetizers and a la carte options.

Dumplings ALWAYS undercooked. Greasy lomein, overcooked chicken. We kept on giving the place one more chance. But, this last time, is the last time we ever go there or order for take out. In a previous incident, we dined in and the Dumplings were undercooked. The server was angry that we mentioned it (I was pregnant and cannot eat raw dough) he kept saying that's how they should be (but the dough was really raw). This time, we ordered take out and were told 20-25 minutes. Instead, when we got there 25 minutes later, we had to wait 30 more minutes! My small children were waiting in the car with my husband, crying. While I was waiting, 4 people that came in 15 minutes after me, got their orders before me. We ended up leaving without getting the food. For reference, we put in the order at 4:39pm and left at 6:33pm without food. Bad service, bad food. I guess it's on us for thinking of giving a local business one more chance so many times.

This is my favorite vegetarian spot around Philadelphia. They were takeout only during the years of the pandemic. I frequented it a lot before 2020. I have been a patron for over 10 years. Beautiful atmosphere with tablecloths and linen napkins. I went for my 75th birthday recently. It was everything I remembered and more. My 92 year old father and his wife accompanied me. He had the ribs. He is not a vegetarian. They were tender and favorable enough for him to enjoy. Next week I will be going again for another belated birthday lunch. The only place I eat out these days. Portions are plentiful. They are enough to take home for a second meal not a snack. Drove all the way from center city Philadelphia. About a 40 minute drive. Well worth the time and effort.

If you haven't been here, you need to go now. Best Chinese food in suburban Philadelphia.

We've been eating here forever. Great American-ised Chinese food. I wanted to email this to the restaurant rather than post it on the interwebs, but there is no email address on their website. Soo, here it is...
We ordered take out two weeks ago, and my wife found a dead cooked roach in her chicken and rice. Our hearts dropped because 1) that is freaking disgusting; 2) we now need to find another Chinese restaurant that tastes as good. Confidence in a restaurant to not feed you food without insects - especially roaches- is at an extreme low at this point.
Good luck everybody else.

We celebrated a birthday today at Jasmine Asian Bistro. I saw the menu online offered "vegetable" offerings with imitation meats. We were presented with the regular menu and when I asked for the vegetable menu it was presented in less than 15 sec. We all selected dishes from this menu and everything was delicious! This is a gem of a restaurant and hope to return. They also brought a dish of ice cream and cookie and sang Happy Birthday to my son!

Best Chinese spot in the entire area. Both veg and non veg people have agreed with me in this. They have a whole vegetarian menu.

Really nice Place to eat. 2 seconds after you are seated, there is hot tea, fried noodles with sauce and some really tasty sweet and sour cabbage brought to your table. Food is top notch, service is as well. Well run place. Been there twice already. Free parking around the back as well.

Parking: There is a parking lot next to and around the back of the building. There is also a pay lot up the street a bit that isn't expensive. Or try your luck on the street.
