Lew's Seafood Takeout & 152 Public House

I was in the area and wanted something delicious to eat. We enjoyed the fresh seafood from Lew’s. I appreciated the customer service, cleanliness and the selection of seafood offerings. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back again if I’m ever the area.

We bought the crab cake platter for $22 & we got one crab cake. Fyi the crab cake is small. Truly disappointed. Go to Michael's just up the road by the college. Will not be going back for seafood there. Overpriced and marginal portions for the money.

I go to Lew's often and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly. The food is always cooked to perfection. I like that the food is never salty or over seasoned.

I am personally not one to leave reviews on the negative end of the spectrum however, my most recent experience with Lew’s ( Hannah specifically) leaves me no choice. I called at 3 pm on Christmas Eve to place a rather expensive take out order for my family on Christmas Eve. We order from Lews on an almost regular basis and are always satisfied with the service and the food is usually beyond exceptional however, today I had the unfortunate experience giving my order to a rude employee that did everything except say she was annoyed to be working on Christmas Eve…. You guessed it…. Hannah. This girl knows nothing about the product the company that she works for sells and has no time to explain anything to the customer calling in to place an order. My order for takeout exceeded $200 and I’m sorry but if you don’t like dealing with people, the service industry is not for you honey. I own a business that is focused on customer service and if I EVER received a complaint from a customer that dealt with a Hanna like attitude, that employee would be looking for a new job. Half of what I ordered was missing or wrong and the kicker is that I was charged for what was originally ordered. I would usually chalk it up as a mistake made on a busy night however, I can’t swallow that when I am given the attitude I was given as if I was interrupting her cover shoot and interview with vogue magazine but if you saw Hannah you’d know that clearly wasn’t the case. If you are going to be so rude to customers on the phone, you’d best be on your A game and make sure everything is correct. As a result of the experience I had tonight and my family’s dinner being ruined because of Hannah’s attitude, I will just take my business to Bucks County Seafood from now on.

We were so looking forward to having seafood. There were only 2 other patrons -no one was eating. It smelled like an old smoker bar.
Our steamers were cold. Clam chowder was so pasty with flour. Our Snow crab (supposedly a pound) is featured as served in the following photo, quality was poor. The only Chardonnay they had was Flip Flop🫤 Sadly not going back.

Pre made sea food look like it comes out a bag from the freezer section in the supermarkets. Food didn’t agree with my stomach. After reading the reviews it makes sense.

Food is always good hotand ready when you get there. Great place to get good seafood

I used to go here all the time since the 1980s. Since Lew’s have come under new ownership they have poor quality food. There is someone named Lucy there that takes orders and actually tells people not to come back if you complain about the food being overcooked. The customer service has deteriorated tremendously. I am deeply disappointed……

Used to come to the restaurant when it was a part of Lew's. The options are limited. I was hoping to have a seafood and pasta option. However, this was not an option. I had the stuffed shrimp and a side baked potato. The hubs had fried shrimp and French fries.
