This store is open again and under new management. The new family here is professional and kind. They called when we were 30 minutes late for a pick-up order to make sure everything was ok.
I love this pretzel factory. Everyone who works there is so nice! They're also really helpful- it's never a problem getting a pretzel tray, even on short notice. Also, about 90% of the time, the pretzels are fresh and warm. You're not always guaranteed fresh hot pretzels at any time of day, but it just seems like they're always right out of the oven here.
