Have been here about 4 times and it's always a horrible experience but I want to think that one of these times it will get better. They do not greet you . The one time I waited 40 minutes even though I called ahead. The young staff was playing and joking crudely in the back in plain view and within earshot. I'm not sure if I just happen to go at horrible times when management is away but it's a shame because the food is pretty good once you actually get it.

I had just about given up on hoagies because you just couldn’t find a good one. I decided to give this Primos a shot and I was not disappointed. I ordered an Audiablo and it was delicious. I will continue to support this location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to returning for another hoagie very soon!

I ordered through the app, but it wasn’t ready when I showed up. I waited without complaint for 20 minutes, but when I told the guy making the sandwiches that I was going to be late for an appointment he told me — and this is an exact quote — “Then leave. Nothing is keeping you here.”

I didn’t yell or argue, but told him that I had already paid for it. He angrily grabbed my food and argued when I mentioned that it was missing an item. I just let him win the argument so I could get out of there.

If you like Primos, I suggest going to another store until management hires someone who won’t take out their frustration on a customer.

I am not sure what is going on at this place. We can in it was empty. A voice from the beyond said he would be right with us. Took five minutes for him to appear. We ordered. Had to repeat orders constantly and the guy still didn’t have it. Then they were out of what we ordered. Out of turkey. Also out of pork. Ended up ordering a meatball with American cheese and a diablo Italian. Two sandwiches. Then other people started arriving. Pick ups and take outs. Both pick up people their sandwiches were not ready. One was told we don’t have pork and we can’t give you a refund bc we have no manager. I am not sure how that guy didn’t lose his mind. The lady for pick up had to wait fifteen minutes and she finally got her sandwiches. The guy at the counter knew her name and still it took 15 minutes for one sandwich. A second guy appears from the back he just starts filling plastic cups with banana peppers at the speed of grass growing. Another couple walks in and orders two sandwiches which becomes one bc no turkey. The lady of the couple leaves. The guy orders and waits. Small place so starting to be a loaded box. No urgency from the workers. The lady who left ordered a sandwich from the restaurant up the road. Picked it up and came back and her hisbands sandwich was still not done. Neither were my two sandwiches. When I finally left with my bag it was 30 minutes from the time on receipt. Just got home. No cheese on my sons meatball and I don’t know what they did to my sandwich but it was a mess. I’m pissed. I don’t write reviews. But we looked at the other reviews and I decided it was time to write a review. Primos Glenside you need to do way better.

Have to say I believe the quality of their hoagies have taken a dive. They don't have enough employees on at one time to properly run this shop and it shows. Shame because they used to have great food.

Yikes. What happened here? Had to repeat my order no less than five times. Still got it wrong. And these floors haven’t seen a broom since Clinton’s second term. Expected more for my $20 hoagies.

I placed the order for delivery through the online website make a long story short I thought I was using my promotion and I called the store just to make sure for assistance. She told me no and it was nothing she could do per her boss. I told her if I couldn’t get the promotion then I didn’t want to order because that was my whole reason for ordering she told me in a very rude Tone that I needed to contact DoorDash but I could not cancel because I did not order it through DoorDash. I decided to leave it alone because I did not want to call back and argue with that lady . a hour later my order was canceled from the store and wasted my entire break. Horrible customer service

Best hoagies

I've ordered from here about 3 times. The last time was disappointing. I placed an order for 2 sandwiches one afternoon. I pick up after getting my son from school, but we live about 25 minutes away. When I opened everything at home, one of the sandwiches was wrong. I ordered Suprimo hoagie, but received what looked like a similar hoagie on the website. It had prosciutto and 3 pepper shooters on it, which sounds like another sandwich on the menu that has prosciutto, pepper shooters and mozzarella cheese, but this sandwich didn't have cheese. I couldn't go back so I just sent a polite email informing them about what happened, hoping for a refund or maybe a credit for future use. I never heard back, which is really what is disappointing. Mistakes happen, but I'd appreciate at least a response and of course for the situation to be rectified.

UPDATE: Primo's responded advising me to submit a formal request via the website. I did this over 2 weeks ago with no response still.

Well the turkey diablo sandwich did not have near the meat as shown on the display. I ordered a medium and for $18 I would expect a bit more meat. I did not weight it but my estimate would be about 4 oz of meat 2 oz on each side look at my picture for reference.the end had one thin slide folded to look like more meat. Not the peppers and toppings were good and it was just the right spice. That is why it still got two stars.

3 Hoagies for the SuperBowl , 2 sides for each one and they forget all the sides and then play dumb asking a million questions instead of just bringing it.

I ordered 2 hoagies for pick up! The seeded bread was hard as a brick. I thought I might lose a tooth eating. They also skimped on the toppings,cheese, and meat. I could have gone to my local corner store and got a better hoagie for half the price.
It was really bad and a waste of money.
