I’ve been a regular customer of this company because their sushi is really good. I usually order through DoorDash since my food tends to arrive faster that way, and they often have no delivery fees. Every time, I add a note requesting extra crunch on all my sushi rolls and some extra crunch in the bag. In the past, I was never charged for this. However, today I received a call from someone claiming to be the supervisor at Queen Sushi. He asked if I meant extra crunch both on the rolls and in the bag, as I hadn’t specified that in the notes. I confirmed, and he said there would be an additional $3 charge.
I was immediately upset because I’ve been a loyal customer, ordering at least once a month, and I’ve never been charged for the extra crunch before. I told him I didn’t mind paying the $3, but I would write a negative review and stop supporting their business. I also mentioned that I know others who order from here and like extra crunch on their sushi, and I’d advise them to stop ordering too. Instead of accommodating me as a loyal customer, he chose to cancel my order.
So, if you’re planning to request extra crunch on your sushi rolls, be aware that you’ll be charged extra, and they won’t accommodate you as a valued customer.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering the chicken and broccoli dish. The vegetable was plentiful and fresh but the chicken…if that even was chicken. Ever had that experience of anticipating a typical food sensation only to discover tasting something completely different. The chicken’s texture was practically non-existent. It was like biting into mush. I don’t know what cooking technique causes that reaction but it’s completely jarring. Some bites had a bit more ‘substance’ to them but only a few. The appetizers fortunately were pretty good at suppressing my hunger after a disappointing entree.

Usually a great place to order from. However last time, the sushi was not rolled tightly enough (it was a big mess) and instead of being the Alaskan Roll we had ordered, it was just a piece of plain TUNA with NOTHING ELSE.

Awesome food and services! It’s a nice place to take out or sit in. They give big serving sizes as well.

Would not ever go back. The Thai food not good. Food was overcooked and over seasoned. Not enough chicken with noodles. Lemon Chicken over fried coating. 5 orders at over $100 is too expensive for what served.

Queen Sushi is a hidden gem in Keswick! The food is awesome, seriously has become my go to Chinese-American food take out spot. Especially love all of their faux meat plant based selections. Literally just had leftovers for dinner tonight. Never have any complaints. Sushi also great! I took one star off for atmosphere because the fish in the fish tank could stand to get improved conditions, water's always cloudy and there's no hiding spots for them or other stimuli. I always say hi to them though, they're my buds.

It's a nice quaint spot in Keswick with above average food and I like the atmosphere' it is as nice as you'd expect a casual restaurant to be. The people were friendly and the food presentation and speed of prep were great. Highly recommend. Try the Black.Dragon Roll.

5 stars all around. Great food, decent prices, and a lot of variety (including meat alternatives). I got the vegetarian general tso's which was amazing and a sweet potato tempura roll. The person I went with (who is a big meat eater) got a salmon sushi and shrimp mei fun. He even kept taking the vegetarian chicken off my plate! So I think that means it's pretty good. Great portion sizes for the prices too! Will definitely be going back!
Vegetarian options: I knew I could get vegetable lo mein, fried rice, sushi without fish, or some vegetable dishes, but I was not expecting a full vegetarian menu. I was blown away by the fact that many traditional Chinese meals could be made vegetarian at this restaurant. I have missed sweet and sour chicken and general tso's chicken so much. Tasted just like how I remember it!
