Normally, at this spot, I would give a complete 5/5 because they're amazing! However, recently, I went to get a cup of Butter Pecan Ice Cream, which I bought before, and the young lady stated that they won't have that ice cream even probably during the summer months! #WEIRD 🤦🏽‍♀️

Overpriced

I read all the bad reviews and wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. Ezra at the counter was a nice guy and he laughed at my jokes so ++. I ordered a burger and timed it and it was 11 min. So not bad if they really are making it. And it’s freakin good for a little ice cream shop. I got the kids meal because I had a coupon so it came with fries and a drink. I was happy with it all. I will tell my friend cause she would probably like the burger there. They don’t charge you for any of the things you put on the burger and they have richmans sauce. I actually think this is a lowkey good spot for a burger. No one talks about it
My family all got ice cream and it all came out quickly. The parking lot sucks.

Thought this would be a cool place to go with the kids on a Saturday night. We waited 25 minutes for some burgers, fries, and chicken fingers. We went to the window to inquire about our food, took another 15 minutes to get some help. 40 minutes elapsed and we were finally told they never put our order on. At that point they told us we could wait 10 minutes or get our money back. We asked for our money back. Turned out to be an unfortunate waste of time. The kids were sad.

Super bummed that this large fry was $6 and this little additional cup of cheese was $1.29. The fries were way under done. The chicken sandwhich looks like a spicey mchicken that was also $9.50. The ice cream was awesome which is why I gave it 3 stars. Will not be ordering food from here again.

Great food and great ice cream, it’s annoyed they changed their fresh cut fries to the cheaper frozen fries. The main annoying thing is the inconsistency of hours, just now I went to grab my pregnant wife ice cream and hours were verified by owner saying open until 10pm. But at 9:30pm lights are off and it’s closed. Last season there were plenty of nights the employees would be rude and lie about when grilling gets shut down or when they close most likely because they were slow or just didn’t feel like cooking. I really like this place and wish I could give more stars but it’s just really annoying it’s never consistent.

Edit; I called the listed number and spoke to a lady who claimed the hours were true. So I went back and the young girls inside ignored me. I tapped on the window and they looked at me and just continued cleaning up. Very bad customer service, great product it’s a shame.

Milkshake was good. But we ordered 2 funnel ckaes. It took 20 min. And my friends was a bit burnt but eddible. But mine came out like a funnel Chip. 😅

Today, I stopped here on a whim to sample their soft serve vanilla ice cream. The line was quite long,but the hardworking young women inside this tiny shop worked hard to keep the line moving. Service was quick and efficient, and parking was OK, not great. The ice cream? Pretty good! Not super thick or extra creamy, but miles above the dreaded watery ice milk I encounter in modern chain parlors. What I especially appreciated was the sweet milky flavor of the ice cream, which I prefer over hyper sweetened desserts. The texture was smooth and clean, no grit or unexpected lumps. Overall, I'd glady come here again whenever I am in the area. Great job ?

Kid-friendliness: TONS of children were here, very kid friendly staff.
