Unicorn gelati.. the best

We arrived 40 minutes before closing, and they had already shut down the soft ice cream machine. Seems a little early to be closing the place.

I’ve been coming to this Rita’s location for years and always had a great experience, however, today, Thursday, August 3rd a little after 5pm, I go to order my usual water ice and pretzels. So, when I order my 4 pretzels, she put fresh pretzels in. Soon after, the pretzels were all done and I only received 2 out of the 4 fresh pretzels. The other two pretzels along with the fresh ones had been stale for a bit. So, I went back and asked the manager to give me two more fresh pretzels and she said “No, that’s the way it goes.” Then I proceeded to say, “I can’t eat stale pretzels.” Then, I told her that I would call the owner and then she proceeded to give me two more fresh pretzels. Bottom line, I will never be coming back.

Expensive, but competitive to other places. Water ice is very sweet! Custard is tasty!

I hope whoever lost this bunny finds it back

Rita's is Rita's, and consistent from store to store. Both Glenside and Wyndmoor do a fine job.
