I can't wait for Spring to get more delicious water ice. Failed to get my gallons of cherry, lemon and mango flavored ice to carry the family through the winter season. Always received great customer service at this location.

My family loves this Rita's. The customer service is phenomenal. Never had a bad interaction since we have been going to this location which has been about 3 years now. Absolutely love that they are still open in the beginning of November. I can't say enough positive things about this place.

Banana custard is okay. It wasn't mixed well; parts of it were plain vanilla. I'm not accepting of poor service and attitudes from staff. Sadly that's what I received.
